Dear Habit, in light of Lynsi Snyder, CEO and owner of in and out. Her making some very stupid statements. And not keeping her mouth shut on her politics. Habit should copy their business model. They have a lot of employees that look happy. They have what's called, in and out university where they train people. They move food quickly in store and the drive thru. It certainly makes customers happy. One thing I've noticed at the Habit, the drive through is slow,, at times very slow. The habit needs to fix that . I always go in store because I don't feel like being lazy. Lynsi Snyder family started the restaurant in California and been successful ever since 1948. Unfortunately she said some bad things about her home state. She's a billionaire. And moving to Tennessee. She claims it's too expensive to raise a family and do business here. Well we're not as stupid as she thinks. Lot of people are now boycotting in and out. I will not eat there anymore. So what I am basically saying, the Habit born in Santa Barbara, I will only eat at the Habit. I think the CEO and big shots at the Habit corporate should take advantage of the situation with in and out. The habit could be #1 in California especially Southern California. Read moreThey have the impossible burger for you vegetarians. Not so much vegan because the Mayo and the cheese. But it’s definitely an upgrade from their veggie burger which was not as good. At the time of my visit the mens bathroom had a nonfunctional soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser. I asked if they can fix it, but it took them a bit. While I was at their drink station. One of their hand sanitizer bottles had a very small insect crawling on it, it looked like a baby roach but I couldn’t be certain. Keep your eye out. They do have a grade A score so maybe they need a new inspection. But I ordered my food anyways and all tasted great and I throughly inspected it. Didn’t get sick 4 hours later. Read morePOOR FOOD HANDLING BY MANGER.. i just talk and told both managers.. I watched one of the managers touch everything he could at the front counter, including... Money, all doors and watched him answer his cell phone (have it on video) and PALM a customer's french fries open handed to put in the bottom of the bag.. He was not wearing gloves nor did he wash his hands. (He could of just got back from the bathroom) FULL PALM PALMED BASKET OF FRIES.. I asked him who is the MANGER (He said he was) and another guy said we both are... i told him what i saw and walked out.... NEW PLACE BUT NO REASON FOR THAT... food was good... I hope they fix this cause if they don't wash thier hands I'm sure...
