Maya Teriyaki — Restaurant in Paramount

When the owner is there it is very bad service. He is extremely rude to customers. He refuses to give complimentary sriracha, teriyaki, soy sauce. If you want anything complimentary it needs to be added in your bowl at the time of purchase. You add it yourself. The owner rudely pushes the bags of bowls towards your way. If the sauces don’t fit in the bowl or you want sauce on the side he will always make you pay.

Food is good and fresh, but I refuse to ever go again bc of how rudely the owner treats people.

Furthermore, I called in for my order. He never asked for my name. The owner just hung up on me and when I got there my order was not ready nor did he even plan to put in my order. As of 7/18/24 I came to give a 2nd chance I didn't want Casa Gambino so I gave this a 2nd chance ...plate was $15.00... the picture shows mixed Vegetables..he gave lettuce 3 pieces of carrots 🥕 and 3 pieces of broccoli 🥦 with his finger ... his customer's service still terrible ...but I left we both said have a good day.

Today was my last time buying food from here ....his customer service is TRASH he is rude as fuc ...I would eat here twice a month NOT no more....this mofo touched the trash cleaned the grease... washed his hands without soap .... touched the vegetables with his hands NO gloves no tongues ..had the nerve to say if I don't like it Don't buy ...you know what you right...

Bad experience. My food was cold it was reheated more than once on the grill. I ordered a small chicken bowl so dry and plain. No teriyaki sauce was provide no green onions nonsesame seeds. Chicken soba same thing chicken was cold. The food was not fresh. They want to charge you for teriyaki and chili. I noticed assuming I was getting at least one sauce for my to go order.
