When the owner is there it is very bad service. He is extremely rude to customers. He refuses to give complimentary sriracha, teriyaki, soy sauce. If you want anything complimentary it needs to be added in your bowl at the time of purchase. You add it yourself. The owner rudely pushes the bags of bowls towards your way. If the sauces don’t fit in the bowl or you want sauce on the side he will always make you pay.
Food is good and fresh, but I refuse to ever go again bc of how rudely the owner treats people.
Furthermore, I called in for my order. He never asked for my name. The owner just hung up on me and when I got there my order was not ready nor did he even plan to put in my order.
