Cascada Refrescante — Restaurant in Paramount

I have been to hundreds of Raspado places all over L.A and Orange County and this is my consistent go to. Starting off with a location deep in the heart of Los Angeles, then growing to a location in Buena Park...they really hit the nail on the head with this location.

The staff is kind, the syrup flavors for the Raspados are fresh, the fruits used on everything are fresh, they don't water down their offering but still offer the popular items like items with chamoy.

They sell liquados...and best of all? The Paletas. Fresh, delicious, creative and covered in chocolate. The prices are good too. I often take Paletas to go. Please, I challenge you to try the items I described at Cascada Refrescante and then somewhere else. It is really no match.

Go to it, tell your friends, if you want to try these items or Raspados for the first time take it from a lifelong Raspado fan.....you need...

It's COVID time, so things are not normal. But I saw them on Pstmates and the menu looked great. I happened to be in the area and really wanted to try it out. I got a Crazy Boys for me (strawberry/blueberry/kiwi/banana) and Cascada Passion (strawberry/banana/pineapple) for my husband. Delicious!! And beautiful!! Thick, tasty & refreshing. Fresh fruit cut on top of the smoothie and speared through the straw. My husband & I both loved our 1st smoothies! Cannot wait...

This was our first time visiting, and the service was exceptional. We requested some coconut pieces for our toddler, but they advised us to skip it this time as the coconut was slightly harder than usual. Everything here is freshly made, just as previous reviews mentioned.
