New to Paramount is Cate's Ice Cream. The owner is Cate and she greets you with a big smile. It's an absolutely wonderful experience with traditional flavors and Taste of Thailand. They are amazing... First time we tried it they were so friendly and the ice cream is amazing. We had to go back today again. My kids are so picky and they loved everything they got and they love the people there. Whatever makes my kids happy makes me happy. The prices are great. This place is by far the best icecream shop I've been to! They have rolled icecream, boba, bread with icecream, and shaved ice! It is extremely clean inside and the food is handled with gloves at all times. Not only that, this place is very friendly. Their decor is also impressive and cute, with bright colors and elaborate seating. Plus, they have cute, color changing spoons and a variety of classic and exotic flavors!
