Golden Bowl — Restaurant in Paramount

Food and service is good. Their prices have gone up by over a dollar for a large teriyaki bowl in the last year!! My opinion that's a lot of price hike especially in this pandemic. Their business seems to be thriving very well and they don't have to worry about bussing their tables inside since covid19 restrictions are on for dining in. So I don't know how they justify the big hike in price, especially when many people are hurting for money. Terrible customer service !!! I was just there at 9:50pm the drive thru lady was the rudest Ever!! It’s my birthday and it was so upsetting that I could not enjoy my food anymore. I’m assuming she was in a rush to just close and go home but her attitude was unnecessary . I had ordered a drink for my 6 year old, when she repeated my order she mentioned the drink as part of my order. Once at the pick up window she very rudely said I didn’t order a drink and that they were already closed and couldn’t add any drinks to my order!!! but there was still about 10 cars in line and she had not even charged me for my order yet! ...

When did they start closing the lobby at 8:30pm without any sign letting people know on their sign? Lobby closes at 8:30pm, and drive-thru closes at 10pm. We left and didn't buy anything.
