KFC — Restaurant in Paramount

Live 3 minutes up the street so I go for the convenience. Been here 5 times, terrible service every time. In August, I ordered crispy - was told it'd be another 10 minutes which wasn't much of an issue but was then told my biscuits would also be another 10 minutes? Some white guy took my order but seemed like a kitchen issue. This was the middle of the day and there weren't any other customers. Another time, went to drive thru, no answer for 5 minutes. Came back 10 minutes later and they answered right away. Brought up what happened and they proceeded to say I was being difficult and they continued having an attitude. This was an African American lady in June or July. Cold chicken 3 out of the 5 times I've gone. I now drive 12 minutes to the location in Compton even though this location is 3 minutes walking distance.

What is KFC doing about this location? Whatever they've done so far isn't working. Change management. Change the staff. Either that or move out the way so a proper...

I been to this KFC a few times when I'm in the area. Today I stopped by and went through drive thru. It was empty so I drove right up. A young lady took my order. I paid and she told me to go the 2nd window. She hands me my meal in a bag. I drive off and found a place to park so I can eat. I opened the bag and looked for a fork or spoon to eat my mash potatoes. There was no utensils or napkins. I guess they expect people to eat with their fingers. In addition to not giving me utensils or napkins, the chicken was cold. So I decided to call them, a young man answered the phone. He claims to be a manager. I told him my situation, and he said, we aren't required to give you any utensils or napkins. I was like what!?? How are people supposed to eat? He wasn't any help at all. So I came in today I am not sure if it was because they were low on staff but the black girl in the front today on 4/27 around 2 just seem so upset over it like idk of course I said my please and thank you and I try to understand that fast food isn’t as easy but at the same time she just showed it on her face that made the experience off I found a hair in my box I didn’t even feel comfortable to complain because I just didn’t want to make them feel like I am trying to give them a harder time my mash wasn’t blended I can still see the powder they didn’t even tell me which was spicy or classic and the drink machine was off so when I went to ask for refill like just her face idk but anyway I hope she has a better day I just it wasn’t free either and I didn’t just spend 5 dollars so idk that was my...
