Starbucks — Restaurant in Paramus

The people that work at this Starbucks are very rude.. they acted like they didn’t see when standing there waiting. No one said give me a moment they saw me but kept doing what they saw me and not one person spoke. Then when someone finally came to help he acted like he didn’t want to take my order which was only 1 drink. Then he started to make my drink then gave it to the other girl to finish it. I have NEVER had a bad experience with any Starbucks this is the first and I'm not happy with it. I just was at this Starbucks and I waited 10 minutes at the register while the employees chatted and started to clean up for the day. Nobody acknowledged me. Nobody took my order. There were 4 people in line behind me, who also weren't acknowledged. My friend had ordered before me and it took at least 5 full minutes for them to make one latte. Steamed milk and espresso. Well to start off I ordered 2 iced chai lattes with pumpkin cream cold foam & most of my drink was just cold foam. Secondly, I asked the man who rung me up to add 3 individual egg bites to my order. He never once told me they come in packs of 2. So when I saw I got 6 egg bites I asked “hey how many did you ring up for me” and he said “3.” I said “I asked for 3 individual ones” he said “they come in packs of 2” never apologized.
