Captain D's — Restaurant in Paris

I placed an big order a couple of days ago all of the fish and coslaw was missing I live an hour away so I called being upset because I have picky eaters and it being so late wasn't like I could just go back that night , I was told they would put my name in "the book" for the whole order came back tonight to try again , apparently my name was never put in the book at all and then after all that proving I had placed the order etc just to literally be handed just the fish and coslaw like I wouldn't have wasted the gas if they weren't gonna keep their word it would be the whole order considering our whole dinner was ruined when I showed up at home with captain ds and literally no fish , they were to busy trying to put it on the one employee who handed me my food and making me prove I placed the order to even realize it was for the whole meal I use to go here all the time , mins you I have a big family it's always a big bill but I will be spending it else where this was childish and ridiculous and now I still yet again have to refigure out the dinner plan...

Used to get really good food and service. Gone downhill in the last few months. Last two times we were there, it took a really long time to get food (last night was over 15 minutes) and half the food was lukewarm I had shrimp with green beans and okra last night. Okra was very hot as were hushpuppies. Shrimp was cold and green beans were luke-warm like they had put them on the plate first then waited for the okra to cook (should not have put anything on plate until everything was ready. Friend who was with us got her food first and when I asked the waitress where ours was she completely ignored me - didn't even acknowledge I had spoken to her (she looked right at me so I know she heard me). Since the "remodel" they took out the TV's that had news stations on and are playing music (too loud and not the kind of music seniors listen to (this was Wednesday when pretty much all that is there...

We tried to order from drive up window and were ignored. The lady at the window told us the speaker couldn't pick up the order from a truck. Not the truth. We had been there many times. problem ordering from the truck The lady had a shirt on which was opened at the waist with her belly button showing. Not pretty. If we had seen the shirt before we paid, we would have left. She continued to ignore us. Another employee came to the restaurant who was obvious late. It was a fiasco.

The shrimp was not completely cooked, the fries tasted as fried in old used oil.

Worst experience ever. Will not return to this Captain D's again. $20.00 for a horrible meal.

Sad I enjoy Captain...
