Went to Sonic around 730 pm on Thursday, they were a little busy but regardless, it was ridiculous! Ordered a 3 Chicken Strip Meal with Fries and a drink, cost around $10.00, plus a $2 tip. It honestly didn't take as long as I expected it would but I would've rather waited for better food and service. A young lady came out, didn't say more than 2 words, handed me drinks, food receipt, no smile, no is "there anything else", literally just bounced as fast as possible. I pull the food from the bag, and I see why! These are a sad excuse for chicken strips, and I've gotten better, fresher fries in school cafeterias! Seriously don't waste your time or money. If you want Sonic it's worth the drive to go to the Farmington location, or hell even Festus!

I ordered the BLT and my husband got a bacon cheeseburger. He literally had 3 burnt crumbs of bacon and I had….see photo! Matt the manager answered the phone after about 30 times calling and offered to replace our meal! I am just in disbelief that anyone would send this out! Just check your food before leaving! Thank you Matt for your apology and saying you will replace. I am just telling you to be sure to check your food before driving all the way home. I just had a Lettuce and tomato sandwich šŸ˜ž

I don't normally go to Sonic, but they've been pushing the flavored drinks, and I've been on a nostalgia trip, so I went two days in a row because It was convenient, the only food I ordered was the tots. Both times it was fine, the second time I didn't get any salt, but that's okay because I brought pink himalayan salt with me. The first day I was ordering a flavored sprite, and the girl had no idea what I was saying. It was actually pretty funny, because I lived here when I was a little kid... A few seconds goes by she comes back and says "did you say sprite?" With astonishment in her voice. I said "yes ma'am" haha!! Oh, and when I first pulled up in the easiest parking spot, a girl came out and told me the speaker was broken. Also very much a funny thing because these things happen, for me it just happens a lot.

I went to a Sonic a lot with family like 20 some years ago. Looking at sonic now has really painted a picture of how much america has crumbled in the last 20 years. Those girls could skate up on one leg, get your order perfect, before you asked for it, and still ask if you wanted ketchup, salt, or mints! Now I just see girls walking up in normal shoes who are visibly unhappy. But yeah...

I pulled into one of the stalls, I was the only customer there, and I pressed the button to order. I waited a few minutes and no one answered. So I pressed the button again and waited a few more minutes and still nothing. So I thought that the stall I was in was broken so I pulled out of that one and into a new one. I pressed the button in that one and still nothing!! So I just left. But as I was on my way home, I decided to call the restaurant to verify they were open. So I called them and they answered within the first few rings and I asked them if they were open and they said ā€œyes we are,ā€ I just said okay thank you and hung up. Beyond aggravated that I drove there for them to not answer neither of the stalls I pulled into. If you’re open, and I was the only customer there at this time, there should be no reason no one answered. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped, not a way to run a business. I’m very...

Ordered my food. A basic double cheeseburger, small fry, and a milk shake. Expected to be able to grab something and go. Order never came across the screen. She never asked me if my order was correct. Never gave an option to pay for my food. I waited over 10 minutes watching everyone around me that arrived after me getting their food delivered to their vehicles. I suspect my order never actually got entered. I was hoping to grab something quick on my way home from work....I ended up just driving away. There aren’t a ton of quick options in the area, so I went home hangry. I’m still hangry...but I don’t have time to wait around when I’ve been at work myself for a 15 hour day. Time is precious. PB&J it is. I will likely avoid this Sonic...
