Been shopping the Park Hills Ultimate Vapor location for the past couple of years and have dealt with a few different sales people, one of the sales clerks in particular really made shopping a pleasant experience and came across as they really enjoyed what they were doing and were very knowledgeable and helpful in my purchases at this location. At one point not too long ago, I visited a few times and she was no longer there, I just assumed that she had moved on, but after visiting the location on 4/30/22 I was pleasantly surprised to see that she was back with the same outgoing, upbeat personality and asked her her name so I could find a way of letting other readers know that its a good place to shop, her name was Cat and I commended her on a great job. I knew when I came in that it was going to be a different experience when I walked in through the door. I was not disappointed, the customer service was awsome. They have a love it or swap it promo that they do on their disposable vapes and juices that ensures that you get the right flavor for you every single time. They have a punch card that is easy to fill up and get discounts on purchases in the store. They are very well educated on their products and get you what you actually need and don't just try to up sell you on products that you don't need. When it was being returned she said yes then called some lady on the phone who told her no we couldnāt return it. They said something had to be wrong with it which they were informed it didnāt work correctly the entire time we had it. Told them that and they said it was the cartridges we were using even though we tried 4 different ones. Still said no.
