Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Park Ridge

Leul and Zach need a raise IMMEDIATELY!!! I have never encountered such professionalism in all my experiences at the Jersey Mike franchise. Not only was my order timely, and brought to me respectfully, but they went above and beyond to fix an issue that I had with a delivery app. These two people reminded me that there are kind people in this world and that when you are in a place of need, that others will show up to give you the service you deserve. They supported me without bias, and as someone disabled, it is rare to get a dining experience that is accessible and thoughtful. Well done to these two workers!!! I would love to get a callback from a manager to rave about them even more if I haven’t already called the store to rave about them to the manager already....

Absolutely terrible service for several reasons;

1- don’t ever order by the mobile app Even if you tip OVER 20% for a single sub, they’ll make it the most laziest way possible.

2- don’t ever order a “sub tub” via the mobile app: They won’t include utensils They won’t include the “add ons” you pay extra for For the add ons you add and pay extra for, it will be minute (barely any), if you’re lucky.

3- The staff will openly disrespect previous customers they had. They will also complain every time a mobile order comes in.

This is the worst and most disrespectful Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. Management does not exist....

Place is a joke I ordered extra meat and a drink the didn’t have… fine I get it drinks sometimes are not available but I paid $31 for two sandwiches and a drink when I went in the servers were high as a kite asked customer to grab the cookies for the them could barely keep their eyes open I got home to open my sandwich and there was one slice of ham and one slice of cheese literally nothing else don’t ever go here. It’s a complete waste of your time. This is the third time I’ve been here and been disappointed won’t make that mistake again based on the other reviews and my experience they shouldn’t have a franchise embarrassment to...
