Inta Juice — Restaurant in Parker

Anytime I get a chance to come to Inta Juice I do. It's one of my favorite smoothie places in Colorado and I've never had a bad experience here. Normally, there's nothing that would possess me to write a review for what I'd expect to be normal service but today, I was extremely pleased with my service. When I walked in the menu had changed (it's been awhile) and I couldn't find my favorite drink. Peter, my cashier, kindly informed me to scan the QR code where I could find more smoothie flavors and thankfully they still had the "hawaiian dream". I was in a bit of a brain fog this morning, but he was patient with me. He asked me what size I would like and suggested a 32oz which was what I wanted. He then told me I was able to have two supplements added to my smoothie and suggested the women's blend and instead of suggesting another one, he asked me what kind of day I was trying to have. I told him I had a busy work day and needed to get stuff done so he suggested the energy boost. He also asked if I wanted any food, to which I said no, and processed my card. He was fairly quick with making my drink, greeted everyone who came into the store, and just seemed to work very hard. I loved my drink although the supplements I added had a slight affect on the taste of my drink but I didn't mind. Coming from a sales and marketing background, I usually get annoyed with upsell tactics but also understand the need for them. Peter was never pushy with any of his questions or suggestions and was extremely polite. It was a nice change of pace from some of the service I've had in today's world. I hope he continues to work diligently and doesn't lose his spark because the world could use more...

I was in Sunday placed a order online got there and it wasn't even made which is ok I was fine with waiting 7 minutes. Unfortunately during the process of making my bowl I was very unsatisfied. Wearing no gloves cutting my bananas and putting it straight into my bowl with there hands mind you no hand washing or gloves. After they seen I asked for strawberries on the top they went to cut it with there hands. As you know once strawberries are soft/bad there mushy his finger went right through the strawberry and said unfortunately their no good after wearing no gloves. A very rude girl working this day asked the boy to blend my bowl to find out when I got home there was 2 big frozen strawberries just sitting in my bowl. This place has unfortunately has gone way down hill and after my experience with the no hand washing and gloves and the rudeness from the girl. I probably will never come back. So sad I...

First off there's a huge difference between we are out of stock and don't have. I've been to this location three different times not sure if there's any more. But two out of the three times I've been here seems like the owner is a little rude and doesn't know how to put a smile on his face. There's something on the menu and I got a very rude answer back when they didn't have it. And it seems like he talks down to the employees which made me feel uncomfortable and it seemed like it made some of the employees feel uncomfortable too. I give them two stars for what they are making it's just seems like the customer service isn't there...
