I ate at Mountain's Mikes again tonight. It was wonderful as usual. Grace and Beth make it a great experience and are very helpful. They make it a fun experiance. We come in weekly and look forward to Grace and Beth providing my family with their exemplary service. I will be back again.

I have been eating at the Parker, CO Mountain Mike's Pizza since they opened last November. Tonight, I met the new manager Paul and he was very personable, welcoming and introduced himself right away. I let him know I am a regular there.

I always get the salad bar. I have to say, it is the best salad bar I have had. The salad bar is very clean, and the Mountain Mike's staff provides many options to choose from if you like having a salad option either with or without pizza. Also, having fruit on the salad bar is a great treat. Their house dressing is a tasty balsamic type dressing and if you like fruit on your salad the balance of sweet fruit with the dressing certainly complement each other.

One thing I always notice is the staff will make sure the salad bar stays clean. There are many times when the staff has been right behind me cleaning up the small spills as I made my salad. The staff also keeps the variety of options well stocked including some of the nice surprises such as Goldfish crackers, the sunflower seeds, and again the various fruits such as pineapple, cranberries, and peaches.

Beware! Not Gluten Free! Becca the cashier was knowledgeable and explained things well enough, enough to pass muster and make me comfortable to order. If you've ever eaten gf pizza you know the deal: one small pizza, $25 bill, they're careful but can't guarantee anything. Problem is the kitchen must not have gotten the message and as a result I'm sick from cross contamination today. If you're gluten free and have ever eaten anything anywhere you know that's a risk you have to take sometimes and unfortunately this place came up definitely cross contaminating my pizza. The front kitchen made a point of changing his gloves (big plus) and the fact it was a gluten free order was clearly communicated. Watching the transfer of the pizza with the pizza shovel and the cutting with the standard slicer used immediately before might have been the issue, or the fact that all their other dough is made in house. The first two are training issues, the last can't be helped but I've eaten in places that make all their own dough and been fine. And I could only see maybe 60% of the front kitchen guy working so again, I'm guessing, but if I were going to review our practices that is where I'd start. I'm 100% sure that's where I got sick, but not sure why. In any case the pizza was merely okay so there is sadly no chance I'll risk...

I’ve wanted to try this place out for a while but it was my first and probably last visit here. Prices were high for a medium pizza where others have a large for that. Wings were a little higher priced than I’d like though I still ordered some, but they were soggy not crispy/fried, like wings from Dominos or Little Cesar’s. The Pizza was reminiscent of a frozen pizza maybe a hair better than Papa Murphy’s take and bake. The bottom crust was hard then doughy top which was strange for me. The best part may have been the crispy pepperoni bowls on top.

Now I love pizza of all kinds and rarely ever get pepperoni on it so that was good. But I never ever left once slice of pizza behind on the tray or not taken it home. Today I couldn’t eat my usual amount and threw half of it in the trash. “Pizza the way it ought to be!” Is the motto works for the pepperoni but the rest not so much.

Also just an FYI. I almost lost my appetite before food hit my table when a customer took in their dog’s water dish and filled it directly from the soda fountain. Why couldn’t they get a cup and pour the cup into the dish that remained outside. But it was ok he did that?
