Dunkin' — Restaurant in Parkersburg

Almost 2 weeks after my original complaint, the manager contacted me. She assured me that this was unacceptable, and that it would be addressed. She offered me a free dozen and a beverage. Fingers crossed...

I have been visiting this store and ordering a Hot Vanilla Macchiato every time for months. The drink was always sugared. Yesterday I ordered the same drink, but it did not have sugar in it. I called the store, and asked if I was supposed to have sugar or not. I was told that it did, and that the store was training new people. I asked if I needed to order the drink differently, and I was told no. I went this morning to get my coffee, and asked that they remember to put sugar in the drink. An entirely different voice came over the speaker and told me the drink did NOT come with sugar. So I asked them to include sugar. When I pulled around to the window, I asked for the manager's name - as I knew they were training new people. The boy in the drive thru asked a girl for the manager's name. The girl walked away, I assumed to get the name. Instead she came back to the window and shoved a recipe card in my face and said "there's no sugar in it!" At that point I became angry and said that I didn't ask for the recipe, but I wanted the manager's name. I was told "her name is Cindy" and the girl stormed away. I will NOT go back to this location, even though it's right down the hill from my house. Which will likely mean you have lost a customer who went 1 or 2 times a week, and I MAY come once every 2 or 3 weeks now....

If the owner of this franchise is interested and anyone visiting this location (Parkersburg, Rt. 50): Breakfast order sandwich was wrong and had to be remade. The dozen donuts that I watched being packed were discovered to be wrong when I had traveled a good distance from the store. The order in front of me was wrong. I was in the store as were the people in front of me. This visit was 30+ minutes and eight of the donuts were chocolate icing which those with us could not eat. The staff definitely needs better training, as the man at the order station/register had no idea what I ordered after repeating it several times and pointing to it on the sign. It was not a special order. They offered for me to return for the correct donuts when I travel that way again. I asked to have them call a store further north and could not do that since there was no manager there (Sunday). I spoke with the supervisor and the cook had been hired...

I consistently went to thi store for years. The last two weeks I ordered my usual everything bagel with extra veggie cream cheese and a medium black coffee. I randomly got a plain bagel, regular cream cheese, no extra, sometimes they got the coffee, sometimes not. They can't get a simple order correct. Also, the coffee cups have been leaking all over. I took the time to show the manager how it was damage to cup rim from manufacturing or rough handling. They don't care. Day after day I went to work with coffee stains on my clothes. I finally asked for a refund and the manager had me waiting outside forover 10 minutes. I could see her continue to work the drive through while ignoring me. I had to go to work so I left after telling another employee that I don't be back and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not go there either! Manager couldn't care less. Please do not go to this location unless you like coffee stains on...
