Hardies Southside , Parkersburgh , WV Lunch Understanding staff was short.... we were first to order, waited approximately. 30 minutes. 3 drive thru orders were taken after us and 1 inside order behind us . All 3 drive thru orders sent out and the order behind us inside. Inquired several times about our order with no proper response from counter girl. She kept saying she had no sleep or a "oh well" out of her , goofing off, and not serious at all to customer service. I ordered a sweet tea only to have to ask for it while waiting for our order, and received unsweetened, which the lady behind me ordered . The guy at the grill , I commend, as he was getting the food out but for some reason the girl couldn't get the orders straight and over the counter timely after he put them in the bin. We heard him tell her "our" sandwiches we're up only to watch it sit there for what must have been 10 or more minutes as she served several other orders including the orders she took after us . We finally got our order, took it to our car only to find it was not our order, and it was cold so I'm sure whoever got our order got cold food also as she did not check before she bagged it and shoved it at us as if she were in hurry after making us wait , to get rid of us for being irritated with her ... THE FOOD WAS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. Waiting about half an hour for this poor service I returned to the store with the wrong food for refund. Trying to understand that working short handed is frustrating but this girl was happy go lucky when we ordered telling us that they hadn't been busy, became very self centered and in no way courteous, let alone precise. Rudest counter service ever. We will not be going back to this location nor will advise anyone we know to. Might I add , she did not give me a receipt and when the guy gave me the refund he had to go back to the order...
Read moreI was blown away by the service we received, I work at Lowe’s in south Parkersburg and we were having breakfast for our Pro’s I called around a few places no one wanted to give us any type of discount for how many biscuits we were ordering. I called Hardee’s I talked to Belinda and she was great we ordered over 100 biscuits they gave us a great deal on our order and made sure they were ready when we needed them by 6am on Friday. I called her through the week closer to the day to talk to her about our order and she was always polite and said they would be ready.
When Friday came I called the store around 6:40am and she said “yep” we are almost done with them so I sent someone to go pick them up. Our biscuits were hot and clean (not made sloppy) they gave us extra napkins which came in handy for our customers.
I recommend if you have a big order call Belinda and she will not disappoint, we will definitely us Hardees again for any other...
Read moreThe drive thru cashier Justice was very unhappy doing his job. You could tell he was miserable just from the sound of his voice on the drive thru speaker. After each item he would ask is there anything else you wanna order. He was basically screaming ‘NO’. I get it, fast food is a crappy job, but an employee shouldn’t be making customers feel like they did something wrong just by coming to get food, like we are the ones that single handed ruined their entire day the moment we pulled up to the speaker. If you hate your job, either get a different one, or at least fake it that you enjoy when a customer comes in or quit and be poor and lazy and unhappy at home, by yourself.
