As much as I want to love this place they make it very challenging. Tonight was my 4th visit and if I could give the service negative stars I would. I understand being new and busy. I’ve been here on 2 busy times and 2 not busy times. First time they were busy so I understand it taking time to get drinks and food the server didn’t even come to the table to take our drink order for 10-15 minutes then 10-20 minutes to get the drinks. Didn’t take our food order when she brought the drinks 30 minutes plus before she came to get the food order. Didn’t check back for refills and drinks were empty. Second visit was a group of 5 of us. The server kept having to be asked for stuff and when asked for silverware because I got mayo for my Philly the server brought a fork. Drinks were empty and didn’t check for refills unless it was a beer glass. Third visit sat at the bar, refills took more than 20 minutes to get and waited 30 minutes just to order food. Bartenders were more interested in gossiping and I’ve never seen bartenders move so slow when the bar is packed and busy. Fourth visit, not super busy at all. Lots of tables and bar space available. Stood at the door for 3 minutes while waitresses walked by us didn’t speak to us or greet us. Finally sat us and seemed frustrated that we were there. Got seated and waited 10 minutes for someone to greet our table and take a drink order, while 3 of the servers were standing out the side door. The food is excellent and it could be a great atmosphere but the servers and service suck. And before someone decides to try to crucify me I was a server/ bartender for 16yrs Severs or bartenders should greet there guests within 60 seconds and have their drinks at the table within 2 minutes if possible. While the customers are waiting for their food order the server should bring anything they may need silverware, ketchup,...

Read moreThis place recently opened on south side and it was desperately needed on our side of town. Thank you for that!!! My husband and I were here on a Tuesday evening and it was pretty busy. Our server was very friendly and gave a good recommendation for the Gouda and bacon bites appetizer. We loved them! I had the wings with Mississippi bbq, they were good but I’ll try a different sauce next time. My husband burger looked really good and he said it was delicious. I was served with plastic silverware so maybe they just haven’t been able to do silverware yet or didn’t have enough. The walls are bare except for the large amount of TV’s around. It will be a great place to catch a game. I thought it would be fun to turn it into a Buffalo bills...
