Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Parkersburg

Worst service ever waitress gave us wrong food and blamed someone else then started giving free stuff to others apologizing that we delayed them getting there food. Keep in mind there was only one other table when we came in(some other people came in while we were there). we were there an 1 hour and 30 minutes and don't even finish eating. We took the rest Togo, upon checking out and they gave us a dollar off and the still got the pizza we sent back wrong. Of course we didn't realize this till we got out to car. The place was not very clean. I saw napkins and debris on the floor after I started eating.

The waitress tried to put us in a booth but due to my bad leg, I asked for a regular table because I can't get out of the booth very easily, which I explained to her politely.

The central heat and air vents drip water and the waitress seated me under one at said table and I had to switch sides on that table.

Needless to say, I didn't give her a tip when I told her the vents are dripping and she said she knew after she'd put me under one.

Person who seated us didn't seem happy that anyone came in. Server was very nice but overwhelmed a little, she had 6 tables going at once and was forgetting some things. Ordered cheese breadsticks with an extra marinara.and one large specialty pizza. Got the pizza way before the breadsticks and the extra marinara was forgotten. There is no salt, pepper, cheese or red pepper flakes out anymore. Asked for salt and was given a couple of little packets.
