Starting from the outside.... The parking lot is small and rundown. There were no lines as to where to park. Started our order and mom wanted a salad. The lettuce the girl was going to put in the bowl was awful and brown. And mom had to ask for more lettuce 3 times since the girl only put a small handful in each time. It's a salad she wanted some lettuce. Mom wanted bacon on her salad but the girl never cooked it at all to warm it. Mom had to bring it home and cook it up so she could eat it. Then the girl didn't get the lid on the dressing correctly and it spilled all in the bag. She acted like we were a total bother. I thought we could get our food made however we wanted it.... My sandwich was the new "boss"... It was disgusting! The meatballs were different than they used to be. The marinara sauce had large hard chunks of unedible tomatoes. The sauce and meatballs were not even warm (like the warming area on their counter wasn't working right.) Then she put the sandwich in and "toasted" it and that did nothing to warm my sandwich and the cheese was not even melted. And the pepperoni didn't even get warmed either and it was disgusting. Plus the sandwich had no flavor at all. The toasting zapped all the flavor from the pepperoni. Later we went to refill our cups and the pop machine was out of ice and the girls would not fill the machine up. I just decided not to get a refill since I would have to ask for ice and then get the "I'm-busy-with-other-stuff-huff". I will not go back to that...
Read moreI encountered a rude & aggressive employee named Roy! I ordered online & was checking my sandwich inside Subway & that seemed to bother him. He was making sandwiches for another customer & stopped what he was doing just to tell me that it was correct. Of course it wasn't correct! He was so focused on me that I had to ask him what it was to him. There was ham on my sandwich that I didn't order & he said that one ticket prints the correct order & there's another that isn't correct, which makes zero sense! I order sandwiches all the time & that was the first time that I've ever heard that excuse! Instead of apologizing, he decided to rude! Since they had to remake my sandwich, I asked if they could put the mayo on the bread. He came to show me a receipt & showed me where I should've put it online. He tried to snatch the incorrect sandwich from me, but I had no intentions of keeping it because it was wrong & I don't eat ham at all. He also told me that if I wanted my sandwich made correctly, I should've come inside & watch them make it. If they'd read my online order correctly, my sandwich would've been correct! Instead of making the sandwich by the ticket that was on the bag, I had to tell him how to make my sandwich. He did that just to be rude & Roy was VERY unprofessional! I've made a complaint to corporate over 3 weeks ago, but I never got a call, apology or resolution! I will NEVER go to this Subway again!!!! I would give zero stars if it...
Read moreService was great! The staff was very friendly, professional and prepared my meal very quickly. The parking lot was clean and for the most part the store was too with several of the tables needed wiped off. But in the employee's defense, I think she was the only staff member on duty. As usual the sub was delicious. I don't think I have ever had a Subway meal I was not happy with. Only negative things were the tables were not clean and the Coke was all carbonation. Interestingly enough, a person that reads my reviews joined me at my table and we had a very enjoyable and enlightening...
