Sheer number of times my order has been wrong. Does not seem humanly possible!
Attempted to call the store... But the only answer was a fax machine blaring in my ear. So, can't get refund for my items that way.
Okay... Try website and corporate. Says to call 800tacobell and press option 2.
Wrong again. It is option 1, as option 2 will only loop the recording and get you nowhere.
Really? This level of mismanagement is astounding. As usual, they finally offer me two free items instead of fixing the problems.
Very friendly employees.... But they can't seem to read an order and place it into a bag without a staggering failure rate.
I'm done with this store. There are too many competitors vying for my family's cash to put up with this level of stupidity. I wish them well.... But I will be happier not wasting all of my time trying to get my order right.
Update: my requested refund from the store for the missing items on my very last visit has gone unanswered for weeks. Corporate has promised store management would call. When they refused/failed, a corporate representative was supposed to call... then corporate never called back or made the refund. I had already chosen to never buy taco bell again. It appears they could care less if I get my money back, or if I ever return. I hope this never happens to you, the customer reading this review. I will never return.... But I will get my money back. Read moreI used to love going here, and had innately put five stars down. 5YRS ago. But night crew there is absolutely trash. Everyone seems like jerks, none of the headset workers pay attention to what you are saying because they are too busy trying to rush you out of the line. I understand that fast food employees are working their tushies off, but if every time you work is you just being the most unprofessional and unenthusiastic version of yourself then why do you continue to work there? Not to mention half of night shift looks complete high. I understand it’s mostly teenagers and young adults but if you are constantly being ridiculous and rude to customers when you are considered “the face” of a company. It’s fast food but if you don’t want to stay in fast food for the rest of your life as just a crew member have some dignity in your job and respect of how well you do your job. We got maybe 2 things that we actually ordered and when going back through to get order corrected we was treated very poorly and manager even argued with us about what we ordered after about 6 minutes of arguing with manager our order still wasn't being corrected. I would not recommend this store to anyone and am definitely not returning there myself. It was a waste of 33 dollars. My Wife has a tomato allergy and the food we was given all had tomatoes and we clearly stated multiple times that there was a tomato allergy and nothing was to have tomatoes on it. When going back to get order corrected the manager was very rude and disrespectful to my Wife and accused us of lying about her allergy! I am disgusted with this store's employees and the disrespect toward us. We will not be returning there again. Total waste of time and money.
