The ice cream is delicious but overpriced. The server started putting my daughter's 'order' in when all she did was ask if they had a certain flavor while the other one started making it behind her. I asked what the flavors were since they aren't posted and my daughter started to cry because she would have preferred something else but they had already made hers (something none of us would eat). She also listed the flavors too quickly for me to even understand what she was saying. The whole process was rushed and extremely unpleasant. I left without even ordering my own ice cream to be able to leave sooner. They took my card and didn't offer a receipt they just kept the window closed and started laughing with each other. First time here. Some rude teenager named Makyla waited in me. Wasn’t sure if the place was open bc the lights were in and I saw someone inside but waited several minutes at order window and as I was walking away, she openes the window. Had attitude when I asked about knew and pontes to menu above which was not lit up and difficult to read. Asked about in ingredients in Hawaiin Flurry. Threw a menu at me and said it was seasonal, did I need to look at the menu again? I was severely disappointed in the service I received. I went there a minute before close, for some ice cream, with me and my 3 friends, and they closed the drive thru early and the works had a group of 6 friends standing outside talking to them and the worker couldn’t even tell me they were closed. the workers friend yelled at me and my friend saying we were closed and then started talking about us…like girl do u work here???? then when the worker opened the window to talk to us and rolled her eyes and wouldn’t take our order!!! completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing!!! for a small business they should not hire people that disrespect customers like this. and when we drove off they gave their friends ice cream!!! what happened to the...
