Tex Mex food truck — Restaurant in Parkesburg

My first time trying this location and it was absolutely delicious! I got to meet the manager of this establishment, he was super friendly and welcoming.

This establishment speaks both English and Spanish, don't be afraid to ask questions or request accommodations.

The crew even accommodated to my preferences when ordering the buffalo chicken loaded nachos. I personally don't like bleu cheese and the staff had no problem taking that ingredient out of the recipe to accommodate to my liking. The chips didn't hold up on my ride home (they were a little soggy) but, the flavors of all the toppings and the soft chips reminded me of loaded chilaquiles! Not hating on them one bit, but I would order the chips on the side if you still want that delectable crunch.

I also ordered the bacon cheese fries which were absolutely amazing! They were covered in a white queso sauce, shredded cheese and real bacon crumbles!

The owner even mentioned possibly getting a mobile food truck in the future, which I am so excited for them! Please support your local businesses, especially this one. You won't be disappointed!

I can't explain how much I enjoyed the food from the Tex-Mex food truck. I was looking forward to Mexican food on Friday and when I pulled up the site of the food truck, I drove slightly out of my way just to get their food. Friday I enjoyed the street tacos supreme with Carnitas. they were so fresh and the soft corn shells were very tasty adding to the experience. I so enjoyed the food that on Saturday I Bought 2 taco salads both with chicken and again the ingredients are so fresh and delicious. I will frequent this place and I recommend it highly to everyone. A++! My very mature 5-year-old picked up and paid for our order. The staff showed her such kindness and patience—it was heartwarming to watch. Customer service towards my daughter matters deeply, and they exceeded every expectation.
