Uni Teriyaki — Restaurant in Parkland

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered my food and when it got to me ended up half cold and half lukewarm. I sat after taking one bite of my food waiting for the waitress to come over and ask how the food was. Once I realized that wasn't going to happen I tried to flag her down. Again didn't work. I then proceeded to go up to the register, mind you my food was still sitting with one bite taken out of it on my table. Anyway I make my way back up to the register having to order myself another meal at full price , and wait once again for my food. By the time I had gotten it my significant other was already done with there food and ready to go. When I went in line to get my money back for the meal I had barely touched she continued on to say "okay so what's the problem?" I live pretty close to here, within walking distance. It is torture because at night you can smell the delicious food from blocks away... and yet I'm stuck eating whatever I've prepared at home. The kids and I have walked over many times to get food and have never been disappointed. Generally we will get chicken fried rice and chicken teriyaki and share. That is plenty for myself and two small children. Well have rice for leftovers too.

My only criticism is that they should have a level of spicy above 5. I'm sure it's plenty hot for most normal humans, but I'm defective or something. They follow all the COVID nonsense so you can feel safe. They do allow dining-in at the moment, but that could always change if our malevolent dictator Jay Inslee...

I am not one that often writes reviews but this one definitely earned it! I have a hard time trusting Chinese/ Japanese restaurants bc I have mostly been let down but this restaurant was so delicious! the food was perfect, the store was very clean and the young lady in the front was so nice. I only came in to pick up my online order but I asked for extra sauce and assumed there would be a charge but she didn’t charge me and she asked if I needed utensils which I always forget to ask for. I realize utensils should just be standard with your to go meal but so many restaurants don’t give them unless u ask for them. Over all I was very pleased with my food and service.
