I placed an order through Uber Eats, and it never arrived. It sat on Park Drive for over 30 minutes, then suddenly got marked as "delivered." Uber won’t even let you report an issue for 48 hours, so I called them instead.
After being on hold for about eight minutes, someone finally answered. They told me, "I see Douglas delivered it." I said, "No, I didn’t get anything." I explained that the order was just sitting there before being marked as delivered out of nowhere. He put me on hold again and then came back saying, "I’m not trying to be rude, but it says it was delivered."
I get that 100%, but I also didn’t receive my food. He put me on hold again, and this time a woman answered. She told me they would remake my order, but there was no confirmation, no ETA—nothing.
I waited another hour. Reminder: I placed this order at 5:45 PM, and by the time I called back, it was almost 8:00 PM. When I called again to check on the remake, I was supposedly connected to the manager. He said, "I don’t see any order here, let me check." He didn’t put me on hold, so I could hear them talking in the background. They clearly thought I was lying about not receiving my order, even though there was literally nothing outside.
The manager then said, "I don’t want you to wait much longer, so I’m going to go ahead and cancel the order." I asked if I’d be able to get a refund since the original order was marked as delivered. He told me I could come pick up a receipt for order cancellation confirmation. I was like, "I placed this order for delivery for a reason—I’m literally working right now and needed food for my lunch break."
Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve had with this location. Normally, they’re not like this—I order from here all the time. But this time, everything went wrong, and I really don’t appreciate not getting my food. On top of that, the manager admitted he didn’t even know who took my order, which means they aren’t keeping track of their deliveries. Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S. I ordered for delivery at 8:21 pm at which time the tracker said Stefani was preparing it. At 9:16 pm, almost an hour later, the tracker said it was going in the oven. At 9:23 it said it was being checked for quality. Done in 7 minutes? That was the end. It never moved on to delivery. I called after an hour and a half, and the woman very rudely told me there were 20 orders ahead of me, and 2 drivers. Three hours later, NOTHING was delivered. Every time I called they'd pick up the phone and hang up. Today, 9/1/25, I tried calling all morning to speak to a manager. Same thing. Somebody kept hanging up. I called my bank, and discovered Domino's had not only taken my order amount, but an additional $35. I reported it to corporate. They sent me a 50% off coupon. I don't want a coupon. I want my $72.00 back! They took $72 for a $37 order that was NEVER DELIVERED. I called several more times today, and finally got a manager. He said the night manager probably cancelled my order, and he hung up. Typical Domino's customer service. Shouldn't she have notified me? Why did she take double money for no food? If she did they're making me wait two days to get it back. I've never had good service or food from any Domino's. The Domino's on the West side of Cleveland has another rude manager. Read moreI have to start by saying that many reviews shown for this location ( Pearl rd and Snow rd in Parma) are dated prior to this recently opened location. Unsure of how from several months to a few years back, the reviews can be reflected to them. They weren't open for business. That being said. I tried placing an order for delivery, from their website. Great deals!!! When attempting to pay with one of their gift cards, it wouldn't go through. The balance was correct on the card, but no luck. I placed the order anyway and then called ( the number from their website directly to the store )to ask if they were aware if any issues. Let me tell you, Raven was absolutely amazing. She attempted to process the card payment over the phone ( even checking the balance prior). No luck. These things happen every now and then with technology. Understandable. Not a problem. I received a call back a few minutes later to try it again and it worked. She was very pleasant and went above what I expected. My order was delivered at the promised time. The driver was friendly. The food was hot and very good. It was the first time in many years I have ordered and not much time will go by before I order again. The menu has really expanded. The spinach and feta (?) stuffed cheese sticks were really good.
