Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Parma

I'm going to give this place 3 stars because the pizza was good and it was fresh. I went inside and ordered my two pizzas and was told that I had to wait which is of course more than fair. John R or Jonathan R (I forget his name but he's a skinny Indian guy kinda tall.) Anyway he took the order and told me it would be about 10-15 minutes. I say okay thanks, and pause for a couple seconds. I figured I would pay afterwards. So I turn around and start walking towards the door when he shouts out "YOU PAY NOW!" I was a bit surprised by his tone, and then go up to the register. He doesn't even tell me how much to pay so I ask him and then he gives me my total. I kind of sensed more of an attitude there but maybe that was just me. I just want to state that perhaps it was my fault for not realizing that I had to pay before getting the pizza. Some other pizza establishments just wait until your order is ready and then you pay. I also want to say that there are better ways to convey this without shouting PAY NOW. For example they could have just said "Excuse me, sir? We require that you pay beforehand. Sorry it's just store policy." See how much nicer and professional that is? Now I am not a stickler for things, but at the same time I don't like being shouted at. One more thing I would like to point out is that his coworker took care of me once I came back into the store and was very professional and kind. I didn't catch his name, but he was another Indian man that was shorter with a beard. Nice guy. He should be taking care of the customers, not the other guy. At least not until he gets some more training in how to take care...

Most extremely worst place to ever try to get food from. Pizza is always extremely stale and old. If you ask for a fresh one they basically tell you to get bent and do not care about you, no matter what time of day it is...Further more they shut their ovens down 45 minutes before they close and refuse to service a customer after that " unless you want 2 hours old garbage stale junk food they can't get rid of because no one else wants to order from here to begin with"

Eating out is extremely expensive these days. If you choose to eat out,,, go somewhere else. Especially if you're trying to feed your family with fresh food.

This place is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. .. SUPER GARBAGE OLD JUNK PIZZA THEY SERVE CUSTOMERS.

Literally eating out of a dumpster would be better quality food and service than this place could ever offer you on their best day

As I was entering the store there was a guy walking up behind me to enter as well. As I opened the door he stopped me and asked me if I could see a water spot on his pants because he just spilled a bunch of water on them. Me being the nice guy I usually try to be, closely inspected his pants as he asked and I told him I didn't see anything. We both then entered and I placed my order first. As I was getting my wallet out he stopped me and said because I was nice enough to help him out that he was going to pay the $8 for my order. I respectfully declined but he insisted and paid for my order. I thanked him and said I would have to pay the kindness forward. The woman who took my order was very nice.
