Pretty sure you've got a man stealing customers change. It happens when paying cash and it's always the same man working the register. He shorts your change a dollar or two, then he throws away your receipt. He doesn't even ask if you want the receipt, he just immediately throws it out. The first time it happened, I thought it was just an honest mistake, I caught it, and he opened the register, and gave me the rest of my change. The second time it happened, I thought either this guy is just stupid and shouldn't be working the register, or he's running some kind of scam. Well now it just happened again today, and he shorted us another $2 and immediately threw away the receipts. It's time to fire this guy because he's either incompetent, or stealing from cash paying customers a dollar or two at a time. I'd upload a picture of the receipt, but I can't because he threw them out. It's always the same man though. It's always been chicken burrito bowls with no extras. He takes your $20 bill, then give you back $8 or $9 when the change should be $11 and change. This isn't occasionally, we're running 3 for 3 visits in a row, so he's doing it regularly. The "Contact Us" doesn't work to report an issue on the website either, because you have to enter a valid "Chipotle Account Email Address" right at the end to even submit anything. I don't have a Chipotle account, I don't need one to buy my fast food. I pay cash. I don't have any problem with the rest of the service, but I gave this 1 star so that it gets addressed. Thank you.
Update!: After not visiting the business in 10 months, I went back today to see if they've remedied the man stealing from customers at the register by shorting their change. To my surprise he (Lloyd) was still there working the register. I thought for sure it wouldn't happen this time, but sure enough he's still stealing customers change. I got a Carnitas bowl with no extras which was $9.75. I paid with a $20 bill, and he gave me $9.25 back in change and no receipt. I had to ask for the receipt, I was order #173. I spoke with the woman behind me at the beverage station, and she was shorted too. I don't know what kind of scam you're all running there, or you just didn't take me seriously last time, but get it solved! We are 4 for 4 here. 4 visits, and I was shorted 4 times. Anyway, service is disgustingly poor, I wouldn’t recommend anyone here that is breathing. Management makes me want to literally choke on air, got into an altercation with the manager Quincy Gillis who approached me very nastily forcing me to leave because I was speaking to her customers about HER store products and then proceeded to involve law enforcement because I was “not moving fast enough”.
Very very very poor, disgusting and rude attitudes, everyone looks like they hate it here and if I had to work for a weird, insecure person like Quincy, I would too. Skimp you on meat but overload with veggies. Even the customers I spoke to complimented me for speaking to them as they said everytime they come there no one ever talks to them anymore!
The business is going to plummet and unfortunately with such poor management they will drive it down quicker.
Furthermore, if you see Danny D working on your food I’d also watch out, he’s a snake and you don’t know if he’ll drop any venom in your food.
Only thing I can say good about this place is the two good hearted and pure people left there who are so welcoming. Thank you Tanisha R & Aric (AE)! You truly should consider better employment because working here if it hasn’t already, will probably make you regret working for the rest of your lives.

Cashier scanned me up for a bowl and chips & queso..keep in mind i never received the chips and queso in my bag so why am i being charged for something you never gave me first of all? he said my card didn’t go through which i knew was BS. i scanned my card again and after the first time of being charged $14 he charged me $11 the second time WITHOUT the chips and queso, so now i’m really confused. i show another employee that you guys did charge me twice for two different amounts and the first one DID go through. he proceeded to make a face and then say it didn’t go through twice on his end. he then tells me here’s a receipt if it did so happen to charge me twice. i didn’t realize until AFTER I MISTAKENLY LEFT WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE RECEIPT, he handed me the receipt for the $14 charge they LIED about. so if my card didn’t go through the first time even if i showed you the two separate payments of $14 and $11, why would you have a receipt of the first payment if it “never went through”. really weird of yall to lie about charging someone’s card. will never return here again and i advise you...
