I usually go here for breakfast, and the service is always polite welcoming. However, my fiancé and I were hungry and decided to stop at 11 tonight and I was truly taken away at the amount of attitude and pure rudeness that came from their employees. I ordered a steak quesadilla extra steak, it barely had steak at all on it— if this was the only thing that happened I would chalk it up as a $1.40 loss and go on , but this was only the beginning . My fiancé and I ordered 2 Baja blast , I see the cup sitting there very watery. They were out of Baja , and charged my card ($1.99 x 2) and then told me they did not have Baja. Since my card had already been charged I asked if she knew there was no Baja. Crystal P then told me yes I just told you that in a very derivative tone, so I asked why she would charge my card for two drinks knowing they did not have Baja , she then responded well I usually just offer something else, unfortunately I do not drink anything else Taco Bell has to offer , when I told her this , she then said well I don’t know what you want me to do, handed us the food and walked away. Came back my fiancé told her to give us Pepsi sense it was already paid for, neither of us will drink this. Originally when ordering he ordered a nacho fry. Asked what was on it , was told fries , beef, sour cream , cheese and tomatoes. He does not eat tomatoes so we ordered no tomatoes. He gets home to eat it , and it is COVERED in beans. Barely any beef. He will not eat bean which is why he asked what was on it. Needless to say the ENTIRE order was a waste of money, the employees are rude as hell, slam windows out of frustration and have poor customer service (night shift anyway) I will no longer come to this location especially during night shift. I am HIGHLY disappointed and hope their other customers receive...
Read moreYeah I don't know where the workers thought they were but they stood there talking the whole time I'm standing at the counter for 10 mins before I finally realized I had to ring my own food up and while the guy who was doing his Halloween makeup in the bathroom had the sink occupied I got my order went to my car and luckily I checked to see i was given the wrong sauce. So I go back to ask for the correct sauce and the 2 girls in drive thru just looked at me and continued their conversation. Meanwhile, finally the guy comes out of the bathroom and walks right passed me and said "hi" mind you, but just walked over and started asking the rest of the crew about his "hard time" putting it on. Well Jack Skelington thought he did a "great job" but the cow was more worried about the makeup getting on the headset and the guys in the back thought it was "badass"! But they changed the trash though. And refilled the napkins and straws in drive thru. I believe one of the guys in the back started filling toppings and condiments on the table. I could see hands but not a person. Oh and make up guy at least started sweeping up. Cow continued taking orders in drive thru while Jack cashed out and twiddled her thumbs.
Yes....I was still standing there without any other acknowledgement! Eventually I got my sauces myself. Poor excuse of a restaurant. And now tacos are could because it's been a half hour now since I ordered and to ice the cake, my tacos were not only cold but completely...
Read moreEvery person makes mistakes, as do stressed out people handling tons of orders at fast food places. I don't stress the mistakes, at all, no matter how big or small. None of us are perfect and we all deserve a break hear and there. With that being said... I had a great experience tonight at my visit to Taco Bell on Pleasant Valley in Parma, Ohio. I had a pretty decent order which took no more than 4-5 minutes to get to me to-go. The woman who brought it to the counter apologized for the "wait," which definitely wasn't necessary, but always appreciated. As I was waiting, another employee asked how I was doing, as I did the same. Sparked up a conversation which continued outside after I walked out, for about 2-3 minutes. It's VERY nice to meet individuals like that hear and there that are interested in anything other than how fast they can get out of work, who actually interact with their customers, keep them interested, on their toes while they're waiting, etc. I really wish I had gotten some names while I was there, however... I have my receipt. My order was taken by Ayanna F, who flew through my order and didn't miss a beat, very nice and quick to do what needed to be done, and done right. It was 9:06 P.M. when my order was taken, I believe the store number is 017264. I want to give kudos to everyone working that shift that night. All in all, I give my visit tonight, a 10/10. Thank you so much Taco Bell and it's employees! I am now off to take your survey!...
