Drive thru took forever. For a while my line didn't move at all. Rally's actually has two lines. The other line moved pretty good as Rally's took the orders of people who just pulled in over the orders of those who've been waiting. We ordered two burgers and a shake and a couple fries for the kids waiting at home. The kids somehow seem to survive by only eating french fries. The shake cost more than the two burgers. I wouldn't recommend buying the shake as it's just a terrible value. I tried to talk my son out of it, but the heart wants what the heart wants I guess. They had a current special where any size fry was just one dollar. As is customary with Rally's, everything was a bit greasy. My son was really disappointed by the size of his "steak" burger but it was only $1.50. I was more thinking that the fries on my burger didn't seem to belong. But other than the slow, unfair processing of the drive thru and poor value on shakes, I had no complains. Everything was just as you'd expect from a Rally's. Absolutely not high quality food at a reasonably low price with a side of bad cholesterol a few months from now. This is the first time I've been to Rally's in several years. It hasn't changed...
Read moreI stop ordering food from there for my personal reason but I do work for DoorDash on the side , and hate how one of the old white lady Don’t know what her problem but every single time I go there to pick up orders for DoorDash has the most ignorant attitude I don’t care if she a manager or whatever you shouldn’t be working with in the fast food business if your not going to put your personal problem aside or if you have race issues I think you just need to find another place that right for you just a side note another thing I don’t care if it a DoorDasher picking up a order or not treat people with respect if you see the customer made a small mistake as not parking close enough to the window just wait on second for them to fix their car or take of the seat belt to grab the food not stick your hand out shaking the drink or food in their face with a attitude rushing them to grab it or in other words throwing the food in their face and shutting the window in their face 3nd time I went there and got treated like that I now refuse to even eat their or pick up order from their just because ignorant encounter I would recommend the location from...
Read morePersonally, I love Rally's food. Occasionally the Cashiers can be quite rude and confrontational (which doesn't really help anyone's appetite..) Specifically one time I ordered a dessert that did not come with any strawberries (since I do not like strawberries in my dessert) The cashier that made it for me ( I personally watched her make it wrong) then politely said, "dear, you made the wrong desert because my Oreo dessert did not have strawberry in it." She became very confrontational kept angrily repeating that that is what I ordered. I eventually took the desert and threw it out at Speedway just so I wouldn't get in a fight with her. Now as a single mom who literally treats herself to Something Sweet once a week, this was very detouring, and I have not gone back in over 6 months. For other people though I'm sure this will continue to be a great place for them. Management did apologize to me the next day when I called and offered to replace my dessert. Which was an admirable, but I never took them up...
