This place is AWFUL. Really. It is a shame that they are potentially taking advantage of low income people who may not know that they can get the same item, BRAND NEW, for LESS money at Walmart. For instance... They had a very dirty, crusty, 2 slice used toaster for sale for $11.99. Oddly, you can buy a brand new 4 slice toaster at Walmart right now for $9.99. The pattern continues. Old, dirty appliances at new or more than new prices. Used jeans for $11.99. Some ladies tops were over $20 and we are not talking about used Dior, Chanel or other brands. We are talking run of the mill JCPenney, Sears and Kohl's clothes from years and years ago. Even crappy knick-knack stuff that in any other thrift store would sell for 49 cents will be $2.99 here. I wish I could give them a negative number. They really are that overpriced. While there were people walking the aisles, no one seemed to be buying anything. I can see why. This is the Whole Foods of thrift stores, lol. Seriously, if you are looking for a bargain, if you are low income and need to stretch your dollars, if you are just a thrift store shopper, save your time. This place isn't worth it.

What an amazing thrift store! Looks like Target, but half the price! You can find absolutely anything! Dresses, jeans, trousers, bikinis, books, kitchen accessories, pjs, linen, towels, furniture, patio furniture and decoration. Service is incredible! Chris and Tatiana even helped me and my mom to pick up some dresses for a photography shoot I needed! Not even mention Mondays! When everything is half off. Go first time in the morning or last minute before closing you’ll always find amazing things, even brand new with the original tag on! Always a good experience!

Very hard to understand how they price their items. Just because it's a recognized brand doesn't mean it should sell as if it were brand new with the tags still on it. This store seemed to forget these are donated items and the store shouldn't be taking advantage of upcharging donated items. With these prices, just buy something new since this store defeats the whole concept of second hand purchasing.

Went there today. It's Sunday found a cordless electric broom. It worked great and was only $3.49. Went to look at the shoes and walked away then realized that I had forgotten the broom. Asked an associate who worked there if he had moved it. He said no but agreed to help me find it. This was a nice gesture. However , I remembered there was another associate who was organizing the shoes. I spotted her and we asked her about the broom and her response was I threw it away. Furious about this I told her I didn't believe it and asked her why. She responded that it was broken. I assured her that it was working fine as I had tried it out. She told me that people were complaining about it being broken. I told her that the story just did not sound right and told her that it worked fine for me and I was willing to buy it anyway as is. So ..... she asked me in a confrontational way well what do you want me to do about it. . So after a lengthy absence she appears with the broom with the handle broken off of it. Clearly the broom had been broken by her as I would not have been able to test it out if the handle was broken. And I doubt very seriously it staff would have put something like that on the floor. Gonna make a call to corporate office in the morning as Renee needs to be re-education on customer service and the importance of not lying to customers. I felt that she wanted the item for herellf and had to break the handle or something to clear up the lie she told. Smh. And she had the nerve to ask me why I was so angry. ...

Wish I could give negative stars. Walked into the savers with my friend with a small backpack and a tote bag. Not even 5 minutes in and a worker approached us and said she needed to search our bag (not even legally allowed to search our bags????) and then proceeded to tell us we had to put our bags at the back counter. We complied and then noticed two girls across from us who had the SAME EXACT bags. We asked if they went through the same process to which they said they'd been there an hour and hadn't been asked to put their bags behind a counter or have their bags searched. We went back and grabbed our bags (rightfully so) as it was unfair that other people could walk around the store with their bags. The manager approached us and told us if we didn't put our bags back we'd have to leave. We proceeded to explain its unfair that we had to put our bags behind the counter and that no one else did. We told her if we were getting kicked out the other people still carrying bags with them should be kicked out as well. She refused. When my friend tried to show her she assaulted her and pushed her away. I have video of her threatening to assault both of us saying "I'm seconds away from being off the clock" (implying she was going to clock out to fight us... Real mature for a manager savers 😑) first and last time I will ever stop here. So ashamed of this store and...

DO NOT DONATE TO ANY SAVERS OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. This is a PROFIT organization/THRIFT STORES. THEY DO NOT HELP PEOPLE IN NEED IN ANYWAY! Everything you donate gets marked up high and often surpassing what you would pay for new/clearance items. You are basically giving them MONEY and that money goes straight to the top and their share holders!. They make over 4 billion dollars a year from YOUR DONATION. They are very deceiving making you think this a charitable company. Research if you dont believe me! PLEASE tell everyone you know! I myself just found out thanks to someone who told me...please Give all your donations to GOODWILL, Churches... and buy from Goodwill. They hire vets & people on social security....Thats not all they do either. They work with many different organizations to HELP people! They are a NON PROFIT organization! Who would you rather HELP? People in need or give millionaires more money in their pocket to live in luxury? I for one want to actually HELP people in need. SHOP AND DONATE TO GOODWILL, OR donate to Churches or HOMELESS SHELTERS... Savers needs to be shut down and we the people can do that by not donating, shopping there and by...
