Subway — Restaurant in Parma

Food was just ok. I’m here writing this review because after I paid for everything, I went to go get ice and my drink and as soon as the ice cubes started coming out of the machine I realize there was gnats frozen in it. I said something quietly to the lady that was working to try and be respectful. Her response to me was that they just got the ice machine fixed yesterday due to there being lots of gnats in it, and that I should just try the ice machine again. I refused and asked for a second time to have a bottle drink. She kept trying to reassure me that the ice machine should be fine, however, I told her that I would just want a refund for my drink them because I’m not going to trust their drink machine anymore. She with an attitude told me to go ahead and get a bottle drink. This is only my third time going to this location because it is very close to my job. But every other time I’ve been in there, the woman, and or the man that’s working behind the counter is very rude. I’m always very nice and smiling and say thank you whenever I go in there. But the fact that there were literal bugs in the ice machine and they pretended like it wasn’t a big deal. Has me concerned for what the back of the kitchen looks like and how sanitary they are...

This review pertains to the Subway at 5224 Broadview road. When I ask for double tomatoes, lettuce, or cucumbers they never add extra. This place usually does not honor coupons or promotions. Subway forced them to do it in January. Not only do they refuse to put extra vegetables on any of my subs. They also put on less meat. I've been going to Subway for decades, they always used to put 8 tomatoes, 8 cucumbers and 8 meatballs. This place only puts 4 tomatoes and cucumbers and only 6 meatballs. I just ordered a meatball sub with double meatballs. I expected to get 12 meatballs, they still only put 6 meatballs. I can see why they don't put extra vegetables because I'm not paying extra, I'm not happy about it, but I can live with it. But when I pay $4.00 for double meat I expect to get double meat. Plus there was no cheese and no buffalo sauce. I am not making this up. I would advise everyone not to order extra meat because you will be ripped off. As of this moment I banish this Subway restaurant. I will never come...

I order big but I tip good so with that being said I will never come back here again. Ordered 5 subs and 5 cookies. Received 2 cookies and no compensation for the three missing cookies no attempt to even contact and Inform us that they were out of cookies or even weren't going to make them. Opened the wrapper and instead of the sauce being in the stale wheat bun it was smeared across the top of the outside..I bit into my sub and IMMEDIATELY bit into A HAIR...... I'm hoping it was a facial hair out of the two options the hair looked like...... Don't waste your time they don't care about what they are doing and with hair in the food and missing items apparent they don't really care about the customer. If I could give a zero star I would.
