Brookview Tavern — Restaurant in Cleveland

I don't write reviews on places, but I have never been treated so rudely before. I was in this bar and could smell cigarette smoke real strong. turns out the patrons are allowed to smoke in the back hallway violating the NO SMOKING BAN. When I tried to talk to the cook, he wouldn't even stop to listen to me. I said " excuse me" he kept walking. I said " excuse me, I'm trying to ask you something" He said, "I'm too busy". Stopped in for a burger last night. Whoever the gentleman is that prepares the food is top notch. Mozzarella sticks were cheesy & breading was well seasoned. $10 smash burger with fries. Fresh toppings, huge & flavorful. The onion rings were some of the best I've had. Good breading, onion stays in tact. He came to ask us how the food was. Could tell he takes pride.
