Read moreI wish I could give this one zero stars!!! I have been coming here for almost 40 years! I have never in my life experience the rudeness that I experienced this evening! The MANAGER (female) on staff during the hours of 9/10 pm on a Thursday evening, who is supposed to set an example for the remaining staff refused to process our order in the drive thru, raised her voice at us, and was very nasty. She refused us service because there were two different families in the car needing 2 seperate orders! Out of the almost 40 years of coming here I have never had a problem when asking for seperate orders. She said she was refusing to service our car group because there was a long line behind us where there wasn't any line behind us at all. As we were asking for the 2nd order THEN only ONE car pulled up in which the manager took over the intercom from the kind window operator and refused to service us! Corporate needs to train this manger on proper customer service! As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, how she talked to us, how she made us feel, and how she refused us service is totally unacceptable!!! I do appreciate the initial staff member that corresponded with us who tried to be very accomendating before her manager butted in. Maybe that staff member should train the manager on the proper way to treat...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is by far the absolute worst I bought a $5 taco Box expecting to get hot food and here I get all the way back to my hotel Room the food is literally ice cold like they just took it out of the refrigerator including the meat and the beans and the fries were ice cold marckson who just so happened to be working the drive-through and is the one that handed us the food both items of food were frozen cold. Not to mention that my supposed nacho fries are not even nacho fries and on top of that I also received a very crushed hard shell taco.
I don't know how someone in the food business can send food out ice cold nonetheless holding it in your hands not feeling the slightest bit of heat. Also I don't know how marckson C. is still working there he was on his phone the whole time from order to drive thru window this was by far the most disturbing and disgusting restaurant I've ever been too. I've been a manager in the fast food industry for over 9 years and I could not believe the food I...
