My father and I have ordered here about 3 or 4 times. They consistently get the order wrong how difficult is it to make an Italian sub with no tomatoes and oil and vinegar on the side. They have even delivered subs to our house to make up for their mistakes and the new sandwich they deliver is wrong. And have given us free sandwiches that still are wrong. Well tonight we just ordered an Italian sub with no tomatoes oil and vinegar on the side and a cheesesteak with some jalapeños on it. The bread was old on the Italian sub and their was oil on the sandwich and lettuce and onions and the lettuce was old and soggy along with the onions. The cheesesteak was soaked in cheese that the bread was mushy and there were no jalapeños on it and it was ice cold. It’s not like it was sitting there long I live 5 mins away and left my house as soon as my father placed the order. But I guess that’s the quality your going to get when everyone that works looks like they just graduated highschool along with...
Read moreI am not really into sandwiches but I have heard a lot about Jersey Mike's and since I didn't have too many options I decided to give it a try while I stayed at Hyatt House in Parsippany East. I am a very alert person and pay attention to everything. The 2 employees were grilling me before I even opened the front door. When It was my turn to order, I proceeded to ask for number 10. The server was not even pay attention that he had to ask me again. I said, "a tuna fish medium sandwich". As soon as he puts the tuna on the bread he burps. As the server moves my order to the next person to put the fillers, He assumed I was a Spanish speaking person and proceeded to pronounce the fillers in Spanish. I am not really bother when things like this happens but the whole interaction gave me a bad vibe. I personally think these 2 employees were arrogant and did not realize they...
Read moreOverall an amazing place with really nice staff. The problem is the people they allow to "pitch" outside of their restaurant. It's usually a guy called Jonathan Lewis and Nick that are outside, begging people to donate to the "nature conservancy". What they don't tell people is that most of that money goes to them, and not the actual charity. It's called a multi level marketing company. They work for a place called Filo Associates, under the disguise of Roundabout Marketing. Their manager is called Edward Pei. Look up devilcorp, it's pretty much what this is. They lie to people to get them to donate. I beg the owner if you read this, please don't let these people stand outside your restaurant and allow them to scam your customers. They usually do charity "events" for the nature conservancy snd heifers...
