My family and I went here on July 21st on our way back home. We ordered in the app and did table side service. We waited. Waited some more. After seeing other people get orders, after 25min I finally went up and asked about my order. The kid at the register checked on it, and said oh, the Big Mac, etc. Yeah it's being made. So about another 5min, I ask the manager who comes from the back about my order. A few seconds later, he brings me the bag with the items. First off, this was table side. Second, by the time I got the order, the fries were already cold. We split up the order, and my daughter opened her 6pc nuggets and there are only 4. I look up at the line, and there are about 6 people waiting to not only order, but have their drinks refilled.
At this point, everything just kept getting worse. And not just me, but everyone. The customer ordering was upset about a payment issue and just left, the mother at the front of the line told me she didn't get her juice box and apples with her kids' meal. One guy was so upset at the line, he tossed his drink in the trash and walked out. A huge issue was you had the kid taking orders filling drinks. Part of this I fear was his training because not once did he ask for help when he was backed up. I finally told him that he needed to ask for help. He was literally drowning. What's disappointing, is that he never did ask for help. He just kept sinking. At this point, I finally go to the side of the counter as I wasn't going to wait another 10min. I grabbed one of the other associates and told him I was missing 2 nuggets, as well as the sauce for all of the meals. He gives me the 2 nuggets, and some sauce. One sauce was all gummy and gross, so I had to have him give me another. I finally get back to my family, eat, and what was supposed to be a fairly quick in and out turned into over an hour. As we finished up our meal, I heard the customer behind me say... I don't think this shake is Strawberry. Nope, it's Vanilla.
Nothing was going right here, and at no point did a manager surface to take care of anything. This restaurant seriously needs some help. If a district manager hasn't been in here recently, they should be. They should also be embarrassed at the reviews all over this McDonald's is getting. I work in a retail environment, and in management, and if where I worked got 1-2 stars consistently all over the board, people would not have jobs. And being fast food should not matter. Leadership is seriously lacking, and the manager on duty that day needs to be talked to about every break down that happened. And that above was just in one hour. I can't imagine the rest of the day. One of the worst if not the worst experience and total mess I have...

I've lived all over the USA, both sides of the coast, done cross country trips a dozen times over, and stopped at many a McDonald's, some in other countries.
I can solidily state this locations quality, accuracy, customer service, and overall satisfaction. Is consistently bad.
Note - Very Long We usually order around $50.00 or $60.00 bucks worth of food every month from here. Our grandparent's are at the Presbyterian Manor. They like to have a McDonald's when we visit. There's many a times where the food we got was just wrong entirely. To the point very early in when they moved in, our grandparent's were pretty upset, heck our grandpa cried once because his order was wrong.
Every month we go, we get wrong orders. Random drinks, entirely missing orders. Missing sauces for orders with chicknuggets, straws, napkins, half or even quarter full fries. Litterally always a problem.
I think it's to be expected to occur at fast food, people are only human and usually not payed well. I dont know if everyone is struggling with other things personally or what. Yet this lack of consistency, has become a running joke in our family.
"This locations guarantee is to be inaccurate every time lol!!!" "We will always screw up your order, guaranteed!"
We tried using the application for a time, but that was confusing for the workers, which only seemed to cause more struggles with their tasks. They didn't understand how to use the pay option, deals, etc.
Today was another visit, ordered at the kiosk, got our receipt, a blank paper lol. Then our food goes out, the lady giving the food walked passed us, with three people saying hey that's for us, her manager doing the same from the front, and brought food to the other side of the room before coming back lol. She then brought it to us, proceeded to drop someone's large sprite, which wasn't ours. Spilling all over the floor and our legs. Then cleaned the table with the smallest rag possible, brought out a mop. Then proceeded to push the sprite back and forth, pausing to drag the mop to wherever the bucket was and just making a bigger mess, and not really cleaning anything
The manager nor the person never apologized, infact the manager who was out front ran away lol. This entire time one of our party was waiting on the missing drink orders we saw that wasn't with ou They got us the drinks including extra small sprite, and two other drinks we didn't order. Three of our fries were half full soggy mess.
I think if the owner cared, and improved the consistency, he would likely see a noticeable effect in just consumable...

0 stars for everything, but that's not even an option- I unfortunately have to select 1 in order to write a review. So in this review, my rating is a 0, but I want it to be known that nothing is worth a 1. Service especially is a 0- if there was anything worse than a 0, that would be my rating on today's visit. Today's visit (Monday, June 16th, 2025) was THE WORST our visit has EVER been! We waited for OVER AN HOUR on everything (the workers didn't even seem to care either, but that's no surprise with it being McDonald's) and didn't even get our drinks with our food and had to wait even longer for that. At this point, people were getting their food and drinks before us when we ordered first. Yes, we had a long order, but that has not been an issue in the past and has NEVER been THIS BAD! I can't reiterate enough how badly today went. They had other people coming in complaining about their order while we were in the lobby waiting to get our food to eat. So they had to catch up on the orders they messed up. Not only did we have to wait on our food, we were missing 2 of the orders and 1 was wrong. There's a taco bell next to this McDonald's that some family members went to (since they didn't want McDonald's) and they were so much nicer and even though they took awhile on their food too, they still got their food out before the rest of us got our food at McDonald's.
