If you're looking for something reasonable price, don't go here. We have been going to habitat since my mom purchased her first home in the 2000s. It was a great resource as a first time homeowner looking for materials that would cost a fortune. I've gotten many items myself when I moved out for college and even my first place on my own. Unfortunately because of all the shut downs, this habitat is the only one available. Not sure what happened but finding reasonable prices for items that are slightly damaged or even missing items is no longer available. They even started a section on the second floor for vendors to sell their own items. Some are antics and cost so much money but others, are just a rip off. To show what I mean I took some pictures of beautiful art work that was sold in dds for $5.99 and the vendor of that section was selling it for $50.
It's unfortunate how unorganized they are. I was questioned for some items in their section during a tag sale if it was actually an item they were selling or one of their vendors upstairs were selling. Never will come back again. It's a shame since I always recommended friends and family to this place for affordable furniture and home...
Read moreThis place is absolutely not a ReStore. It’s more like a Salvation Army with vendors who rent out floor space to sell their overpriced wares. I was lured there by the “largest ReStore on earth” advertising, but it contains a fraction of the ReStore merchandise that ReStores are known for. Clothing? Shoes? Huh? I go to ReStore looking for contracting goods: doors, windows, hardware, tools, gigantic light fixtures, furniture (new and used PRICED LOW), flooring materials, tubs, toilets, sinks, paint, large art, mirrors, spackle, drywall mud, jumbo packs of duct tape. Not clothes, blow dryers, earrings and over priced “antiques”. If this store wants to be a flea market or a Goodwill then rename it ReStore Lite and get rid of the overpriced vendor booths taking up space. This is not a ReStore. Anaheim, Santa Ana, Bellflower, Torrance: these are ReStores (no shoes and earrings for...
