Overall everything was just mediocre. Drinks should be flagged for the Registered Diabeetus List, and like another mentioned, it would be amazing if they labeled the drinks. Our order contained two different flavored lemonades, but when they were handed to us on the tray- they looked exactly the same. I asked which was which, and the servers made their best guess, and then we were told that after we taste them, if it wasn't the right one, just switch them. That may work for some, but what if someone in the group had an allergy- or you're ordering for a group of co-workers, or you're selfish and just don't want to share germs. I love 7brew and never had any issues at all until I came to this location. I ordered a blondie and smoothie for my toddler which was supposed to be a quick pick me up for our day to get started, unfortunately we both were left disappointed and disgusted ! My daughters smoothie had a hair sticking out from the lid and as i opened it up it was a long hair just completely mixed in with her drink and to top it off they completely got my order wrong ! I threw out everything as soon as i found a trash can ! This has definitely been a disappointment considering how much we love it here but this location completely...

i love 7 brew , and i was finally excited to finally have one open near my house, we go and order 4 drinks for my family and they took SOO long. They told us that our drinks would get refunded and it should take about 2-3. business days. well more than a week has passed and we went to go ask why we haven’t gotten our refund and they told us they wouldn’t say that. We told them that the manager had said it along with another employee.all she told us was she can give us 2 free drinks. this is absolutely unacceptable i will just keep going to the one i used to go before...
