I am a Denny's whatever mailing list member..and I just loath having to go to this Denny's, it is just the worst Restaurant I have ever visited, PERIOD..but tonight since my car was being repaired nearby, and I was walking back to my Motel, I thought I could at least get a Hamburger quickly and get to bed...NO SUCH LUCK..as usual..no one seated me, and the waitress was a MORON, but I ordered a double burger and fries..How bad can that be...VERY BAD..first I asked for Medium well and it came Well, 2. the Waitress never asked if I wanted onions, so I had to remove them, 3. the fried were at least warm, but soggy and limp...and WORST OF ALL, the moron of a cook had put the long tooth pick inside the Burger between the meat and the tomato, longways so when I bit into it, I may have cracked my tooth...JUST BEYOND UNDERSTANDING, SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND WAITED ABOUT 5 MINUTES FOR HIM TO ARRIVE, AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE TOOTHPICK AND THE FRIES, AND HALF EXPECTED THAT HE MIGHT REDUCE THE PRICE OF THE BURGER, WHICH I HAD STARTED TO EAT, BECAUSE I WAS HUNGRY..HE NEVER OFFERED TO REPLACE IT, AND SAID, "I DON'T REALLY CARE"...I SWEAR TO GOD, HE (A NEW GUY NAMED MICHAEL, THE LAST IN A LONG LINE OF ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NIGHT MANAGER I HAVE DEALT WITH BEFORE..) COULDN'T HAVE CARED LESS....SO I ATE WHATEVER I COULD OF THE BURGER MEAT, AND PAID AND LEFT..BUT TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT IF SOMEONE BITES INTO A LONG TOOTH PICK THEY CAN BREAK A TOOTH OR WORSE IF THE SWALLOW IT, THEY COULD CHOKE..BUT HE ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL...JUST A COMPLETE JERK....THIS LOCATION JUST GETS WORSE AND WORSE, WITH COLD FOOD, COLD PLATES ...AND IT GOES ON AND ON AND NEVER IS IMPROVED AND THE WAITING STAFF PICKED UP MY SOUP, WHICH WAS COLD, ONCE BY THE TOP WITH THEIR FINGERS ON THE EDGE OF THE BOWL...AND CARRIED IT BACK TO THE MICROWAVE..I JUST COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW BAD THEY ARE....I WILL JUST NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, NOT EVEN FOR BREAKFAST OR BURGERS WHICH SHOULD BE A "NO BRAINER", BUT WHEN YOU HIRE PEOPLE WITH NO BRAIN...WHAT ELSE DO...

Curved walls with a metallic finish have been installed at the edges of the plate glass windows.
Googie has been described as Modernism for the masses. With its swooping lines and organic shapes, the style attempted to capture the playful exuberance of postwar America. Read moreNow, I usually don’t make time to post reviews as I have other things to do, buuut I have time today. I give the food and service four stars because the doos is not terrible and I usually encounter the same employees when I come in. Very nice. My dilemma is last week on 2/12/2025 I made an order on their app. Once it said complete I made my way down to the restaurant only to find that they had a makeshift sign on the door that said under maintenance. See, that’s not a problem. The problem is they left their online order system on. Nonetheless, I called the next day a total of four times because I had to chase the supervisor around. I get it, business is booming. She kept giving me the run around that the manager of the store wasn’t there and that she would text him to get a response. It wasn’t until the fourth time I called her that she said she would call me again to see if he would refund it. She never asked for my number the first time. She called me back less than 5 minutes later stating that he would refund it and that she apologized. I understand it takes 3–10 days to receive a refund, depending on your bank. A week later I had to call corporate for them to send a report. According to Barbara, who helped me, there was no sign of any active refund. So, they lied about refunding me. I am still waiting. This is why I gave them a 1 star. Thanks for listening to...
