Garbage deals!! So, I tried to order a pizza for my 3 - and 8-year-olds and use a deal, but it wouldn't let me check out unless I spent a certain amount. It's so stupid and a money grab for this!!
I ordered a large pizza for 2 little girls. So, what!? Am I supposed to order 2 large pizzas for 2 little girls to meet their minimum of 25 dollars. I started to add all kinds of things that I didn't want or need. This is the best way to lose business, as I refused to order things I dont need!! So, of course, I haven't ordered from this ripoff for a long time now. My 1st job was at Domino's in 1986, and we did business good back then. It wasn't trying to be a rip off back then. Sometimes, serving the customer was more important than trying to rip off your loyal customers. I've been with them since 1986 but no more. I can't support a penny pinching customer robbing company.

Read moreNormal sauce level for a pizza is, like, no sauce. Extra sauce costs extra, as you could imagine. I shouldn't have to pay extra for a normal level of sauce when I'm not buying focaccia, I'm buying pizza. There has been nearly no sauce on my pizza for the past few visits, so I am confident this is a management decision rather than individual variation on saucing.
The toppings are generally good quality, although on my last pizza that had pepperoni, the pep tasted weird, and was extra thin. It made for a less greasy pepperoni pizza, which was a positive, but the flavor was severely lacking. The cheese is good enough, also a little on the thin side for "normal cheese." Crust/bread is good enough.
Service is good, I always get takeout here, and the folks at the counter are courteous enough. I can't comment on the delivery service. The pizza is made on time and is ready when I come for it.

Called back and the store refused to refund saying it was my responsibility to return the delivery to the store. Not much was done to rectify the situation except an offer to remake and wait 45 minutes. Not what I expect from Domino's
UPDATE: Store redelivered the pizzas. However, the pizzas they sent were the completely wrong ones. Given the 1.5 hour ordeal, I asked for a full refund in lieu of a 3rd delivery, and they demanded I give them all the food back, even the items that were already bitten into. This seems like a way for the employees to get free food (make things wrong and then take stuff home for dinner) at the customer's and business owners expense.
The store manager on duty, Chris, was very rude and kept cutting us off over the phone, not explaining anything but saying to give back all the pizzas.
