Attention spiritual seekers! Something going on here or near here. I was only here cause I just finished my business in Pasadena and was looking for somewhere to walk before it got to hot. There is some powerful energy emitting from this park. Lets just say on my way to the restroom I felt a strong resistance pushing against me. On my way at back to my car I didn’t feel that resistance. Then I started to walk the park and met with even stronger resistance. So I just cancelled my walk and left. Pasadena is an old city with lots of old and haunted areas (as I used to explore). But I didn’t like how I felt here. I mean it wasn’t like the feeling of spirits or ghosts pushing on you. It was more like strong water waves only in the form of invisible energy. Either way not coming back. It does look like the city of Pasadena does a good job of the upkeep. Read moreGreat park. I will admit I have always driven by it as I come off the 210 freeway into South Pasadena. I normally make a left on the California and go about my business without a second thought. A friend of mine had his son's birthday party there and I was quite surprised with the size of the park. It looks small from the road but actually is pretty darn big. It has a swing set and play area jungle gym for the kids along with a nice concrete walking track that will take you around the outside of the park. I will take my kids...
Read moreIt's an ok park. Has a playground (with both a 2-5 and 5-12 play structures plus swings), picnic tables, a restroom building, and plenty of open space. The playgound is a bit dated (and has wood chips instead bod resilant surfacing) with an old school post and platform style.
