I went through the Jack-in-the-Box store number 4725 I was there at 3:11 PM I had to order 10 tacos well done As I was waiting for my order, it took about 10 minutes to receive my order. While I was waiting for my order, I saw the server, Jenny M and some other employees that Kept on looking at me through the window and laughing and giggling I was wondering what the hell is going on they kept that up for the entire time I was waiting For my order. When my order came, it was given to me by some guy with glasses and a red work shirt , This guy was vulgar and disgusting because he was asking me if I needed hot sauce and if I needed napkins with my tacos, and he was laughing all while having food in his mouth and I am there seeing that gross disgusting stuff. Then, as he was giving me my order, he kept laughing and laughing and laughing. I was wondering what’s going on. But when I got home, I realize that my tacos that I asked to be well done were dripping with oil, the oil soaked through the bag and stained my seat to my truck. I took the tacos out and they were stuck to the paper sleeve that they are put into. They tore apart so disgustingly. I ate half of one and I got sick and I just threw the rest away no in hell am I going back to that Jack-in-the-Box..!!!! The odd thing about this is I’ve been going to that Jack-in-the-Box for the past two years and I’ve never ever had a problem but today I don’t know what was up with the cashier. I’ve seen the cashier plenty of times. I know she seen me. I recognize a lot of the employees from repeated service by going over there, but this guy that was in the red works shirt with glasses. I think he had something to do with their attitude. I suggest that nobody goes to this Jack-in-the-Box. It was a horrible experience. The people were vulgar acting the person in the red shirt with the glasses Was even more disgusting as he was talking with food in his mouth. They say never mess with the people who make your food well when the people who make your food mess with the customer that is bad training on Jack in the box part and Jack-in-the-Box is to blame for their incompetence. Avoid that jack in the box including the richey st jack in the box they are really gross their oil is old and everything they fry taste like churros and their food is made while people are on their cell phones. I have also seen people smoking and going back to their shifts and just making food at the 903 pasadena blvd location and richey. But this particular jack in the box the people seem to be super clean and very focused on customer satisfaction. I trust without a shadow of a doubt on this pasadena by the beltway 8 by the cinemark. I approve this location 100% their burgers look perfect they don't slap all sloppy mayo and ketchup and make it look like a burgercrime like the other jack in the boxes do. Lol so like I said this jack is safe and approved 100% keep on doing a great Job! Us consumers don't want smoke breath on our food. And if they smoke they could have the common courtesy to wear a mask until their lungs get all that toxic smell out of their lungs! Read moreI ordered 1 order of tiny tacos through the app. Somehow while trying to put in the order it was put in 2 times at 2 different stores. I received the first one and repeatedly tried getting in contact with this location to get it corrected since I had already received one of the orders. I called multiple times with no response. After explaining to my Dasher what happened he was kind enough to return the order since the tiny tacos were rubbery and I had already received that exact order from the other location with no issue. When the dasher got to the location the worker on shift lied to him and said no one had tried calling the location at all and that there was nothing they could do about it. So now not only was the order ruined to begin with now I’ve been charged for it and didn’t even keep the food. The quality of the food was unbelievably terrible and the customer service skills of the employees at this location are subpar and that’s being generous. I am super disappointed with this location and I hope someone in their management will make it right. After this experience I will never use this location again nor will I use the mobile app again.
