Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pasadena

RIDICULOUS. The first time I had came to this location I ordered a 5 layer burrito. I took a bite and it tasted like there was something missing, I opened the burrito and there was only a teaspoon of meat in one corner of the burrito. I took it back an asked to speak to the manager to explain to her my order. She was very rude and immature, the rest of the crew stared at me as if I was in wrong. Now every time I've been there something has always been wrong with my food, (my boyfriend likes to go there, I can't stand going to this location) this time I ordered a chalupa cravings box, my 5 layer had NO MEAT, my chalupa was cold and wet, my nachos were broken up an cheese was clumpy. My first bite of my chalupa and you hear them all laughing and looking my direction. I trashed my food. This place needs new management and much more mature employees that don't act like they have something against you because they skimped their food and feel like they can get away with what their doing. Food, Service and the place was clean. No trash on tables and the bathroom was nice and clean. My only problem was there was a group of Jr.high school kids sitting behind us that, well if they had been my kid's I would have slapped one of them in the mouth with a bar of soap. He was loud and obnoxious as well as vulgar.One of the employees had gone to this person earlier and spoke to him about writing on the table. And you can't tell me that some of the employees couldn't hear this delinquent. He even dragged about having a PO officer. As I left I went to the counter and I told the young lady that at one time, establishments used to have a sign that read " We Reserve The Right to Refuse Service to Anyone" . I tried to order with the cashier, and he started to input it into his kiosk at the counter, but then pointed at the self-serve kiosk behind me. He explained I could order my food that way, and he wasn't allowed to place my order. I asked him if I would still be able to pay with cash, and he said yes, that he could take the money and give me change, but he couldn't place the order. It was a very disappointing experience. After we got our food, I asked if the establishment had any other utensils besides a fork. I after all ordered pintos and cheese, and needed a spork.
