McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasadena

Ordered a large half sweet tea half unsweet tea. The guy charged me for one of each. I tried to correct the order the response I got was just correct it when you pay it the window. Thought that was kind of rude but you know whatever. Got to the window the guy that was there corrects it. Or at least I thought. So that's two times that I've tried to get my order correct. Get to the window to pick up the order they hand me the food and they're just looking at me like what. I'm like what about the drinks oh we're waiting on the sweet tea. I told the guy that I did not order a sweet tea I ordered a half sweet tea half unsweet tea as well as another drink. This time number three they're arguing with me. I told them this all started when I first ordered and the guy that took my order rudely told me to take it up with the guy at the pay window.. this time I asked to speak to a manager they call a manager and as I was explaining to the woman what was going on her and about six different employees are just staring at me like I'm an idiot. I'm sorry but all I've tried to do was correct my order and they don't seem to want To fix it. These knuckleheads want to make $15 an hour but they don't want to listen. part of me should be embarrassed for getting a little upset but I mainly embarrassed for the employees that this...

The customers Pasadena are truly crazy & always looking for trouble. Negative reviews are so off-topic and selfish that i had to give y'all my positive opinion. This is a great location. Soda is fresh, food is hot, drive thru is polite. They even usually bring out trays of sauces and napkins and such when you have to go to the extra window or pickup lanes.

Management is on it, at least from what I saw. An employee accidentally gave me a blank receipt and the lead went to go fix it immediately and investigate the issue.

Sure the wait is somewhat longer during dinner and lunch times, but thats understandable when its much much cleaner and warmer than a different location.

I also noticed they actually put the amount of salt in the fries that theyre supposed to, which is lighter than most locations. This could be a good or bad thing for you depending on your preferences. I don't mind because i probably don't need all the...

It was a horrible experience. I have to be at work by 4:00 in the morning and I drive an hour and a half to get to work. I stopped here for an orange juice, a coffee and just something quick to munch on. I was there 20 minutes. It took me 20 minutes to get a coffee and an orange juice and an apple pie. The young man taking the orders could not seem to remember 10 cream and 10 sugars and the guy at the front desk could care less. And while I'm getting my order at the window, another car is passing by yelling obsanities at the guy at the window because these two gentlemen working that overnight shift at this McDonald's could care less as to what's going on. They were very ill-prepared. Not everybody that pulls up to McDonald's at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning is partying. Some of us have to be at work. I work in Port Arthur.
