Ive been eating here quite often during the last few months... And the service and attitude of the people working there is noticeably rude and racist this visit. We were greeted by the host who speaks english with a really big accent that ask us "are we staying at the hotel?"...we can't understand her question due to her accent... And she repeated herself yelling out the same question to us one more time... And we said no. But afterwards... I passed by the host stand... The exact same thing happened to 2 American men... She nicely repeated her question slowly. Then to the waitress... First she completely forgot our coffee... Follow with a long wait for the food because they were busy... Then towards the end of the meal... We saw the manager stopped by to touch tables and apologize for the long wait for food... But never stopped at our table. And when we got the bill... They tag on an automatic 20% tip to it... We asked the waitress is that for a party of 6 or more... She said yes... But we only have 5 people... Then she pointed at our togo order of food... And said because we got an order of breakfast to go... So it counts as 6...?? Are you kidding me? And she rudely said i guess i can take it out if you want. EXCELLENT service and food. Located inside Langham Huntington, this California bistro style restaurant serves freshest seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

I visited Langham recently for a day of relaxation at Chuan Spa. By time was done with my massage, I was unable to order lunch. After inquiring with concierge, he recommended Terrace, located next to pool.

Although they also were closed because of private lunch, they were more than willing to allow me to dine on the poolside patio and order the Grilled Salmon I had a taste for (they were only serving sandwiches and salads at that time). Additionally, I had taste for fruit which was not included with the meal. They were more than happy to provide this for me at no charge.

I enjoyed my mid afternoon meal at a beautiful table. It was peaceful and quiet, I even watched a squirrel climb tree and then walk around patio looking for food.

The salmon, brocolli and heirloom carrots were topped with tarragon spaetzle. It was fresh, and full of flavor. Fresh fruit included strawberry, pineapple, watermelon and red seedless grapes.

I was very pleased with meal, service and environment. They were more than happy to go out of their way to give me the meal I wanted without hesitation. I will dine here again on my next visit, and recommend it to any considering visiting or...
