We had the worst customer service experience in this store today, the 5th of January 2022. My aunt and I went to this location where we bought a jacket in October hoping to exchange it for something else and purchase other items. The sales person who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. She initially said that the jacket can be exchanged, then the RUDE manager (non-white) came out without even acknowledging us and told the sales peraon that it could not be exchanged because it was past the exchange period which understandable but this particular manager did not even have the common decency and courtesy to apologize for the mistake of her subordinate.
