Crazy B's Coffee & Confections — Restaurant in Pascagoula

I'm not really being accurate about the food since I've not tasted the muffins I bought, but because of the customer service it doesn't matter how they taste. I won't be returning. A young man served me. Another lady, whom I guess worked there, sat in the corner doing something on her cell phone, didn't look up once, even when I asked her how long they had been at that location as it was my first time. Didn't seem to care for my business one way or the other. While waiting for the young man to bag my order another customer came in and the aforementioned woman who works there jumped up to get her coffee. It seemed obvious that this customer was a regular and she confirmed that she was when I asked. The kicker to all this is the employee specifically told this customer to "you have a nice day" when we walked out at the same time. I specifically told both workers to have a nice day when I walked out. It's quite obvious that at least one of them needed to. How they've stayed in business for 14 years is beyond me. I don't usually write reviews this long but I believe customer service is as important as the product they sell. I will take my business to other locally...

This place shines in where other coffee houses struggle: Consistency.

I've been getting my morning coffee/breakfast from Crazy B's for a few years as of 2024. I've never been disappointed by their quality, service, or selection. They regularly update their selections with creative (and entertaining) combinations while keeping the reliable classics. Right now, I'm enjoying their "Eww, People" (Mocha and Hazelnut Latte- I get mine iced.)

Their selection of breakfast kolaches and pastries (think scones and muffins) are fresh, consistent, and make for an excellent quick breakfast pick-me-up!

Their baristas have always been top-notch. The new barista-in-training is already doing excellent work and has excelled in her brewing skills! 10/10 on the "Eww, People"

I cannot recommend this place and the people...

By far this is the best coffee shop for miles and miles. The coffee here is good along with their selection of coffee style drinks they have to offer which is quite a bit could say they are the area's Starbucks but even better. They also have great breakfast food to include their kolaches they have to offer. The owner is always super friendly along with any of their staff we encountered on our many visit to this place while working in the area.
