Outrigger Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Pascagoula

We stopped by Outrigger Bar & Grill in Pascagoula, Mississippi for a late-night bite, and for $36 total, we each had a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. That’s honestly a great deal—especially when everything is served hot, fresh, and done right. My burger was perfectly seasoned, and the bun was actually toasted—not just warmed up, but golden and crisp on the edges, which most places don’t even bother with.

The fries were just as impressive: hot, crispy, and well-salted with no shortcuts. It felt like someone in the kitchen cared about getting it right. I also noticed a hamburger steak on the menu that looked incredible—and honestly, I regret not trying it. That’s a reason to go back by itself.

What made the experience even better was the atmosphere. We played a few rounds of pool and never once felt out of place. The staff was friendly, greeted us right when we walked in, and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Even though it was our first visit, it felt like we were regulars—and that kind of Southern hospitality isn’t something you can fake. It’s rare and worth recognizing.

If you’re anywhere near Pascagoula and craving a solid burger with good energy and great service, I highly recommend Outrigger Bar & Grill. We’ll definitely be back—next time, I’m not missing that hamburger steak.

They offer some vegan options such as salads. They’re very accommodating and if you see a combination on their menu I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to pair it for you. They deserve your business because they run a fantastic and well seen to establishment.
