Firehouse Subs Road 100 — Restaurant in Pasco

Food - great. Just like any other firehouse subs I've been to. Nothing crazy spectacular but definitely a great sandwich. Spendy? Yes. Convenient? Absolutely.

Service - basic fast food service. Nothing special, haven't had a bad experience. But I don't come get for the service so I'm not complaining.

Atmospere - if you like the smell of hot garbage and dirty trash cans that are in dire need of a wash (not sure if that's the case but it's smells like it) then this is the place for you! When I walked in, I made a visual facial reaction because the smell was so strong. I staggered and almost walked right out, but I'm starving, on my lunch and have no time so against better judgement I ordered anyways. I'm sitting outside though today lol. The other dsy I came in and it's smelled a little funny but I thought by oh well. Today it is wayyyy worse. Something needs cleaned and it's being neglected.

Came in to get a sandwich today, the restaurant smelled clean and welcoming. I also got to know the staff a little and they are really nice. When a business can take constructive criticism and apply it for the benefit of everyone involved, it really shows that they care. You've definitely earned the 5 star! Restaurant work...

Really dissatisfied with the customer service. I made a call in order. They said it was going to be 15 minutes. I came though the drive thru 15 minutes later and there was a person in front of me that must have ordered at the window, so I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes (5 cars behind me left and had to back out because of the wait) until I finally called the store to ask what was going on and they asked me to hold. I was on hold for 6 minutes and finally hung up. I called them back and they told me to back out of the drive thru and meet them out back. So I drove out back and waited for 5 minutes until I called them again. They asked what color my car was. I told them and waited another 3 minutes until they called me back on the phone and asked me to drive around the store and come through the drive thru again because no one was in there. I told them to keep the sandwich and that I was leaving. I am a customer who eats at firehouse a few times a week. I will never come back. Highly...

Extremely disappointed!!! I traveled hours away to have firehouse because there aren’t many here.

I bought almost $80 worth of subs for my family and I made such a big deal about how amazing firehouse was but I was so embarrassed & let down so bad :(

3 of my 5 subs bread were absolutely so soggy which is sad because there made to order. I had to ask them to remake it and they only remade one and they gave me so much attitude & I was extremely polite to them when I asked. And then the one sandwich they did remake was soggy again and fell apart. I’m not sure if there not draining there meat or what.

But all in all was a waste of time & money.

I definitely won’t be making a trip to this...
