Visiting AHAVA Coffee on a busy Saturday morning around 11 AM, I was immediately struck by the charming yet compact setup of the establishment. The decor and ambiance hinted at a promising coffee experience, though it became apparent quite quickly that the cafe was understaffed for the volume of customers it was attracting. I opted for a hot canela oat milk latte and a hot vanilla latte, both of which, disappointingly, were served in to-go cups despite my preference for a more traditional coffee cup. This minor grievance aside, the coffees themselves were unremarkable—neither bad nor particularly memorable. An attempt to order a trifecta was met with refusal, attributed to the shop's busyness, which was a letdown. On a brighter note, the crĂȘpes we ordered were delightful, showcasing a level of culinary skill that redeemed some of the earlier disappointments. They were a highlight in an otherwise mixed experience. A significant detractor from the overall ambiance and experience was the attached drive-through, which, coupled with the visible understaffing, seemed to detract from the cozy coffee shop experience I had anticipated. It appeared that the operational focus might be too divided, undermining the potential for a relaxed, sit-down atmosphere. Also, an interesting juxtaposition to AHAVA Coffee's commitment to organic quality, as evidenced by their use of organic beans and syrups, it was surprising to note a disparity in their dairy offerings. The choice to use Walmart's Great Value brand for half-and-half and heavy whipping cream stood in stark contrast to the otherwise organic-centric approach. This decision might seem incongruous to those who prioritize organic and sustainably sourced products across the board, potentially diluting the authenticity of their organic claim. As AHAVA Coffee is a new venture, it's understandable that there are teething issues. The foundation for a truly inviting coffee shop is undeniably there, nestled within its pleasant aesthetic and some of the quality offerings like their crĂȘpes. My hope is that as AHAVA Coffee grows, it will address these operational challenges—balancing staff numbers with customer demand, rethinking the drive-through's impact, and perhaps reconsidering the presentation of their beverages. There's a lot of potentials for AHAVA Coffee to evolve into the sort of place that not only serves good food and drink but also provides a memorable and relaxing experience for its patrons.

Ahava Coffee Company is such a great local spot! They offer a wide variety of drinks including coffee, energy drinks, smoothies, and teas—something for everyone. They also have small bites and crepes, which are served from 8 to 2 (not sure if that’s every day or just on Fridays, but definitely worth checking out!). We stopped in and had an iced espresso and an unsweetened black tea—both were delicious and super refreshing. The atmosphere is cozy with a nice sitting area if you want to hang out, and they also have a convenient drive-thru. Friendly service and a great menu—highly recommend!

Where do I begin? God’s favor is definitely in this place. The location is in a good spot and the place itself gives you a hint of the city. The staff are very welcoming, sweet and caring. My daughter and I felt like we instantly were a part of the family. The coffee is delicious and the scone was perfect. If fall were a flavor, they nailed it with the coffee I ordered! I recommend checking this place out. It’s a place to rest and enjoy some coffee with a pastry. There’s a drive through option for those that do not have the time to come inside. We will be back soon!

Me and my friend decided to come have breakfast at this adorable coffee shop we seen on instagram. We both work so we decided to go as soon as they open at 6am. We got there and it was still not open. We waited and the worker got there around 6:15 after 5 minutes of letting her settle in we finally decided to go inside. To which we still had to wait another 15 minutes for her to finish setting up. When we finally got our orders taken. Cars started showing up through the drive thru and we waited. She took like 4 other cars orders til we finally got our drinks. I ordered a hot caramel machiatto and a scone and my friend ordered a redbull and a bagel. Which shouldn’t have taken her so long to finally get to us. My coffee was made messy nothing like how I’d seen on social media. The coffee itself tasted very burnt. And my scone was dry and easily crumbling like it had been left over night. The only good thing they had was the redbull and bagel. Not only that but the seat my friend sat in she noticed after she got up to get her order was filled with sugar and the table had crumbs on it. I was very mislead, it looked like a clean friendly environment with tasty coffee and good food on instagram but I was just very...

Crepe was excellent! Light hollandaise with ham, bacon, green onions and tomato was pretty close to perfect.

Coffee was off the day we came. My traditional macchiato I thought might be darker roast than I like but it did have a tartness that is usually indicative of lighter roast, after I reviewed and mentioned it was darker than I like the owner contacted me and said they use a medium/light roast, so maybe the machine wasn’t dialed in for my drink (I ought to have taken it up and seen about an adjustment). Our other drinks were also not real great. I’d recommend a 10 minute drive to Flying X

Baked goods pretty lame, gluten-free not great, claggy would be the description (not an uncommon problem with gf). Vibe is fine if you like ultra-Christian, certainly not unpleasant at all.

Low rating (for me) is mostly something off with the coffee and scone and...
