The girl outside taking orders the other day was so rude. I’ve been working in coffee for 6 years, idk about her. When someone orders something from me that I’m not familiar with, I never make them feel weird about it (and i’ve experienced a lot of weird orders in my days) All I ordered was a white chocolate, brown sugar cinnamon matcha. She was mad rude. “Umm i’m not sure that will mix well.” I said well why? because you use a white chocolate powder? She said “Yeah & it needs to be mixed with hot water.” I told her it’s okay, to just use a sauce if they have it. “I’m still not sure that’ll mix well.” with a snobby side eye. Why because you don’t think it will taste good??? She said yes. LOL miss girl… I’ve been ordering this drink for YEARS, please do not make me feel weird. If that’s what I want to pay $7 for then let me. This place is super hyped up right now, they just need friendly baristas to match. I’ve been to this coffee shop twice, and I’ve been disappointed both times. The first time I went I ordered a caramel latte with vanilla and the guy taking my order looked at me weird and said “oh you mean a caramel macchiato” and because I didn’t want to make it a big deal I just went with it. The coffee tasted burnt and had no caramel flavor at all. The second time I went, the drinks didn’t even come in cans anymore. Not sure if it’s because they ran out or it was a limited time thing. This time we ordered the Dulce de leche and a Cold Brew with heavy cream and vanilla. The Dulce de Leche was good, however it is way too sweet and doesn’t actually taste like coffee. Not affiliated with the New York spot, Sip and Co Pasco is its own little gem right here in town, and it was definitely worth the wait!

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the drinks? Freaking adorable and absolutely delicious. The coffee was smooth and full of flavor, and the matcha had a really nice, balanced taste, not too grassy, not too sweet.

What really stood out were the fun cans they serve the drinks in. It adds a playful, unique vibe that makes the experience feel extra special. It’s the kind of place where you want to take a pic before you take a sip!

My only wish is that they offered a few more sugar-free flavor options for those of us watching our sugar intake, but that’s a small thing compared to how good everything tasted.
