Wake Up Call - 20th Ave — Restaurant in Pasco

I’m new to town and finding a place that does a delicious blended mocha is important to me. Because in my “home town” I had a local place that I loved! When I started going to Roasters here in pasco my blended decaf soy mocha! 😁 was consistently good! It did not matter who made my coffee everyone did a great job and I really love it! The staff here is by far the best crew of any roasters! I’ve been to others and they just don’t compare to Pasco! If I’m in Kennewick and want a coffee legit I will drive over here and get my coffee I won’t stop at the ones over there! Thank you for having such good coffee! And a great...

Worst service to start the day. Took 20 minutes to have them make my coffee wrong.

Turns out when you order a white coffee white rocket you have to accentuate the white ness otherwise they don’t get it.

Handed me a medium the first time, then a small when they remade it even tho I paid for a medium.

Most awkward and unpleasant experience from two unprofessional female coffee baristas. I will not be returning holy awkwardness.

Next time you’re that slow and screw up an order maybe just apologize and educate instead of telling me how I just confused you so.

this place is so rude to the customers. i went in with my twin sister and it was our birthday, i told the lady who was taking me and my sisters order that we were twins. she said “i can see that😒” she was being so rude not wanting to give us the drink that we asked for. we were patiently waiting for our drink and it took about 20-30 minutes when there was barely any people there and a lot of staff. One of the workers is friends with my cousin and she told her that there used to be mice in the drink area and around the sitting place. i wouldn’t recommend going...
