Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Paso Robles

To summarize: prices are up, customer service is down, and wanna bet the soda machine is still broken and they won’t refund ya for it 🙈🫠😾

My rant: I think I’m quitting my Chipotle habit. This location is closest to my work and I have gone here consistently (once a week) for about a year +. My original issue comes from the fact that I really enjoy ordering a large beverage w my meal. The soda machine/ice tea/ and agua frescas have been not working - off and on now - FOR WEEKS. When I ordered one they gave me the cup in my mobile order. I was confused when I went to the soda station to try and get ice and nothing was working. I had to ask the workers what was going on since there were no signs. They confirmed nothing was working and swiftly after that they offered me a bottled beverage, but they made it clear they were not capable of refunding me 🤷🏻‍♀️ so weird, like WHY NOT?!? I didn’t want any bottled bev and preceded to contact customer service in hopes of a FULL refund for my drink. So what is the deal w Chipotle customer service these days? The robot chat “Pepper” will not issue you a refund. I got a “free” beverage but it is the smaller size. I already paid for a bigger size and I got NOTHING. Something happened w my mobile entree the other day and this is why I am writing this review because after contacting their customer service they will not refund me. They offered me a bogo for my next meal, sooo they are requesting more money 🧐 yeah I am thinking...

MEAT on vegetarian bowl.. So, chipotle is my favorite restaurant. I've been to almost all the chipotles in california. But this store is one of the worst I've been to. Each of the last 3 times I've gone something has gone wrong. So the first time I got double chicken. Once I got home I realized half of the pieces were over cooked and half were completely raw. The next time I went and the small guy up front refused to open a new container of sour cream. He went through 3 nasty salsa contaminated corn floating buckets of sour cream before he had enough for my bowl. Disgusting. And then to top it off tonight I got my wife a veggie sofritas bowl. Got home and it had chunks of spilled meat in it. When I worked at chiptole we had to keep the counter area spotless so cross contamination didn't happen. Get your stuff together chipotle. Came in about 20 minutes before closing. Some items were not available, which is understandable being that late. The thing that got me, the meats weren't very hot, nor was the rice, after putting on salsa and sour cream, my bowl was pretty much cold. The counter needed a clean up, badly, down by the end. Only 1 staff member making orders, and with a family of 4 in front of me, it took a good 8 minutes before he could get to me. All while another staff member just stood at the register, and did nothing while he worked alone, she didn't even take and wipe down the counter that was messy within her reach. Overall, the food tasted good, even if cold, and the staff member making the food was friendly and as quick as he could be, just wish more employees were like him, and I wish I had...
